“Unfortunately, when I went to another Verizon store, they couldn't find my Verizon ID. The only problem was that they couldn't discover my account to provide me with Verizon 5G WiFi. After waiting for a solution at the other store for two hours, I finally made it to the store. Daniel greeted me and solved the issue in less than ten minutes.
