Originally I found out about the sale of a Seadoo Spark on Facebook Marketplace. Then found the Spark on the House of Cars website. The Spark was advertised for over two weeks as a 2023 model. I asked the dealership to confirm the details of the vehicle March 24th 2024. They said it was in clean condition with only 16 hours on it. I followed up today asking about the color of the Spark. I noticed that the color of the Spark advertised was not offered in 2023. The response was “I was wrong, it’s a 2021” I find it very surprising that a dealership doesn’t know the model year of a vehicle they have advertised on line for over 2 weeks. I asked for a reduction in the price because a 2021 is not worth as much as a 2023. The House of Cars representative even admitted to me about the price “it’s fair for a 21, it’s cheap for a 23” and went further saying “I’m not negotiating. It will sell tomorrow” I am disappointed that no attempt was made to try and make things right and try and earn my business. House of Cars made a mistake, I did not. In my experience, this dealership is not very customer service friendly and accommodating. Just very defensive.The representative even accused me of just being mad because I did not get a reduction in the price. I have every right to ask for a price reduction based on changes in the model year. Buyer beware.Just sharing my experience.

Logan was everything good in a car salesman and nothing bad. We found him to be trustworthy, honest, dependable, and fair. He makes sure his cars are of the best used quality, and he is forthright with information. We could not have hoped for an easier and more positive car-buying experience. We HIGHLY recommend House of Cars.Follow up 2024: I am still driving the car I purchased, and now two of my teenage children have also purchased cars here. Each time Logan and Dillon were upfront about any potential issues with the car, and they were friendly and willing to work with us. I still highly recommend House of Cars.

Awesome people! straight forward and made the shopping experience so easy. I am a dealer in Georgia and purchased a Ducati from the owner. He went out of his way to get straps for my tow truck driver and helped him load the bike and strap it down. Couldn't ask for better service. Happy to know there's other dealerships that take pride in the little things. Thank you brother!

THEY GAVE VIP SERVICE WITH A PICK IN A LUXURY VEHICLE AT THE TYLER, TX AIRPORT. GREAT INTERACTION WITH LOGAN WHILE IN ROUTE TO THE HOUSE OF CARS. EVERYTHING WAS AS STATED WITH THE VEHICLE AND EVEN BETTER. THEY TOSSED US THE KEYS SO MY WIFE AND I COULD TOOL AROUND TYLER AND FALL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR WITH NO OUTSIDE PRESSURE. If you guys haven’t checked out this gem of a lot on your hunt for a car, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! Incredible selection, and their customer service is unmatched! Best buying experience I’ve had in east Texas hands down. Not pushy, honest, and will work hard for you to get the best bang for your buck. Highly recommend going to see these guys if your in the market for a new ride. Jaron worked with me to get me in a car that suited my family’s needs, and put in the overtime to find a good bank with a decent interest rate so we could fit it in our budget. He was quick to answer any questions and kept in touch with me throughout the process of looking. Over the moon with my decision to stop here! Highly recommend!
