Walkability: Close walking distance to restaurants.
Food and drinks: Everything was provided by the hotel for our family reunion. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
“Hard to get to and negotiate the super busy intersection. Hard to see sign from road. Hard to figure where to turn. Would stay another place next time. Out curiosity washed my feet after previous stay else where. Not as bad, but tells me I need a pair of slippers and hotel/motel I stay at.”

2759 McDonald Rd, Tyler“Here on a business trip for 6 weeks. Very pleased with the hotel in general. It is very conveniently located on the south side of Tyler. Housekeeping was very consistent and came by every day during the week. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the curtains made the room very dark. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and hope that my job will always use this hotel when I'm in Tyler.
Rooms: The room was extremely clean when I arrived. I stayed in room 112 which is right by the side door so there was a lot of foot traffic and car sounds, but the room was quiet enough. I was also very close to the laundry room which was nice.
Safety: The parking lots are very well lit up and key-card access is needed to get into all side entrances as well as the gym, laundry room and pool.
Food & drinks: Breakfast every morning is very good. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast. They also have social events every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday where they do dinner and free beer/wine.”

528 S Saunders Ave, Tyler“It was a difficult decision to leave this place I called home for 10years. Margi, the manager, is awesome and very attentive to our needs. She's very quick to respond and resolve issues in our apartment. Margi, along with Lonnie, Stacie and Mikayla, made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one. Kudos to all of the staff who became our friends. You are all doing a great job! See you all around.?”
“The hotel was clean but the little details in the room were distracting and disappointing. A broken lamp we couldn’t turn off at night and the edging of the table top missing. My wife felt the sheets were not thoroughly dried, a common problem when we stayed here. The breakfast was also a little disappointing, especially the left over & reheated oatmeal and eggs that must have been powdered. The coffee was great.”
“First, the staff was great, specifically Jasmine! But,,, the room smelled like musty mold. Shingles from the roofers' carelessness nearly hit my wife. The check out games were often missing pieces, and my wife almost stepped on a sharp staple on the floor of our bedroom. We normally love Candlewood, but this one needs some help. There were some bad storms prior to our arrival, and that had something to do with these issues.”
“We needed a place to park our trucks/trailers while we rode our motorcycles around the South, and Spring Creek was awesome! Our vehicles/trailers were locked up and secure. Thanks!!”

220 E Grande Blvd, Tyler“Courtesy was extended to me as a hurricane evacuee. I stumbled across this paradise in the pine trees and they accepted me and my animals compassionately on a last minute notice.
This is a secret oasis for business professionals. The internal restaurant, American Grill makes it difficult to want to leave the premises. They offer a breakfast buffet with a la carte offerings. Dinner starts at 5pm and their Classic Burger was the best I've had anywhere hands down.
There is a very nice business area and superb dining/lounge area. The front patio is a private extension of the lounge in a discrete semi-circular quadrant of the front. I didn't get to check out the pool, hot tub or bike trail, but I will return.
The trim carpentry in this place from the vaulted ceilings to the baseboards, molding and chandeliers were immaculate. They have a stone parking cover which is athletically appealing. All bath linens were flawless and bed linens were clean and pristine. Electrical outlets were installed at correct elevations for the apparatuses intended to power - cell chargers, CPAP's, laptops.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I've stayed at many hotels in my life and this one is easily in the Top 5 in its pricepoint tier.
Recommendations: Pantry options and sundries could be expanded a bit for snacks and hygiene products. Walls are thin. Doors could use slow closing mechanisms, but maybe it's designed like this for pet safety. The beds could stand upgrades or toppers over time (Lucid, Dormeo etc.), but it's a hotel, not a luxury resort. Bring your prescription pharmaceuticals and stop complaining. You're not paying for a Hyatt Regency, Ritz Carlton or Wyndham Grande.”

Rooms: Rooms Where clean and beds were so comfortable and soft
Safety: There's a camera in every nook lol very safe”
“Fairfield Inn did an amazing job making our stay personable and welcoming. I was very pleased with the front desk clerk Mallory and her hospitality. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay there if they are in Tyler.”
“Things looked very clean however there was no Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door. Also we went to breakfast on the day we were leaving and came back to get our bags and our key would not work. We had to go to the front desk to get the key re programed which was an inconvenience. Bathroom door would not stay open, we had to prop it open with a shoe. I guess for the price it was a 7 out of 10!
Walkability: Had an elevator which was great since we were on the 3rd floor.”

3104 Golden Rd, Tyler“I travel for work 3 weeks every month and stay in multiple hotels domestically and internationally. Been a Hilton Honor member for more than 2 decades among many other loyalty programs with other hotels.
To be honest, if it wasn’t for some of the staff and location of this hotel, I’d choose elsewhere to spend my somewhat extended stay. Christine is such a great welcoming host, very pleasant and the perfect representation of what a host should be. A very special thanks goes to Korea “hoping I spelled her name correctly”, she was super accommodating during breakfast, assisting me with what I can eat as I have a restricted dietary restrictions as well as visiting the breakfast area very early in the morning to head to work. Finally, a shout out to “Jeremy” who was able to assist opening my room door after a lock malfunction and being super polite and understanding during this ordeal.
With all the good things being said, this location is in dire need of some serious renovation “ESPECIALLY” the carpet. It’s stained and smells bad all over the place. The suites / rooms could use some refreshing. If I ever in the area, I won’t hesitate to stay there again but will contact Christine first for a better experience.
Didn’t wish to post pictures, respecting and understanding that the hotel management knows the flaws as they see it every day.
Rooms: Needs refreshing but with a bit of housekeeping upkeep it could be better.
Food and drinks: Good variety and labeled selection, makes it easier for those who have dietary restrictions. The Christine Wednesday evening spread is outstanding and appreciated.”
“Very nice, comfortable, hospitable, good breakfast, good restaurants nearby.
Noteworthy details: Only complaint is the $50 deposit required. Have not experienced this before.”
“This was a great overnight stay for only $95.00 as you can see in pics there's a shopping center adjacent and a convenience store on corner. Everything you may need is within 1 mile radius including a walmart and numerous fast food options. The place was nice and clean and the room was very accommodating having Everything needed. Including desk fridge microwave ironing board and iron, coffee pot as well. The free breakfast was great. Only complaint was the room didn't smell great. I got a non smoking room but smelled a little smokey. Overall great stay”
“Quiet & they keep the riff raff out. Friendly, helpful, & reasonably priced. Also, the biggest rooms on the Four corners...I've personally done the homework.”

“Great location with plenty of parking. Thank you to Anastasia, Victoria and Angel.? Professional and courteous. Some construction going on during our stay, but overall good stay. A few recommendations would be helpful to give more ? ⭐.
Rooms: Rooms were good. We did have to change as phone did not work and there was an unwanted big bug. Room change was fairly easy.
Walkability: There was a small center across the parking lot.
Food and drinks: Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Enters in the area.
Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff.”
“I've never been told that if I want my room cleaned, I'd have to get out the room. I couldn't wait in the chair in the room. Mind you, I've just gotten off a 12 hour shift, but I couldn't be in the room while they clean. Um... I'm in my p. j.s, tired and their counter offer was they'd bring me the new sheets and towels so I could make up the beds previously slept in by someone else. Y'all should have given us a new, fresh room upon our arrival. Not happy about this.”
“The lady at the front desk , April I believe is her name and her boss were great. April went above and beyond her duty to make sure we were accommodated after just getting in from working and driving several hours. The house keeper was a sweet heart as well. Made sure we all had clean towels and linens if needed. The OYO on Lindale was right the opposite. The front desk lady was rude and couldn't care less whether or not we had a room or not. So if your ever in Tyler I definitely recommend THIS OYO , not the other one. They are having some renovations but the rooms are still clean and comfortable for the price.”
“Very nice hotel and James at the front desk was very patient and helpful. Bedding was upscale, room was roomy with a mini fridge and microwave, and everything clean as a whistle.”
“Comfortable beds & very clean room & the air conditioning blows fantastic in the room I was in , the staff has a great attitude on my third stay there , I really like staying here Every chance I get , To bad I can't afford the 350 weekly rate due to high inflation, they had to go up on there prices , it's a great place to relax and no bed bugs and one more thing , I've always check my bed before I lay down and I been guaranteed bed linen , I can tell that's my dominate area experience professional cleaning . Google know how I'm coming with reviews fair & honest opinion ,if you know better do better is my motto and you want have to hear my opinion .”
“All the staff have been great but Brooke was a incredible person she was incredibly accommodating. We stayed here for a week with several of our group on the last day we had a travel mishap and one of our party was left behind at the last minute she was able to get him into a room and make sure our family was safe for the nite”

2631 WNW, TX-323 Loop, Tyler“It's not the Ritz, but comfortable, inexpensive, and it is surprising what you get for about $60. The air quality starts off not-so-good but gets better as you run the A/C. We slept well, and one of us enjoyed a simple breakfast of Raisin Bran. I will use this location from now on when visiting Tyler.
Food and drinks: Breakfast offered Corn Flakes or Raisin Bran with milk, coffee, tea, and apples our first morning.”
“This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we were made to feel like VIPs. The check-in process is a breeze, and from the second you walk in you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The grounds were immaculate and decorated for the Halloween season, and the red barn is full of fun activities for the entire family.
We reserved the Sherlock Holmes suite, and it was in one single word…perfection. Each room was expertly set up and decorated, making you feel like you stepped in to 1930. Wow the suite was fully vintage, the kitchen had every possible modern appliance that you could need to make your stay feel like home., and the bathroom had every amenity you could help for from a five star resort. They even had fresh cookies each day for you to enjoy.
Bert and Becca are amazing hosts, and the breakfast they provided is over the top amazing! We can’t wait to go back!”
