I recently had my engine oil changed. Shortly after that I backed up in my yard, in a driving rain. I heard a scraping noise, I looked under my Honda Insight to find this engine cover wadded up under my car. The car is 4.5 inches off the ground so I had to beat the aluminum cover out from under the car in order to move it. Come to find out, the mechanics have to remove this cover to change the oil??? So it only makes sense they did not put it back on correctly. I'm sure they will want me to pay for another one. Their fault........

My wife Athena and I are very happy with service provided by Jack O' Diamonds. Our 2008 Honda Fit (nicknamed "The Champ") is now over 230,000 miles and continues to run strong thanks to Service Manager Cory and his outstanding team.Dinorah (Service Writer) was, once again, an absolute pleasure to work with. She's always so very personable, professional, and truly on the ball with repair status updates. I've thanked you personally Cory (and Dinorah), but it just never seems like enough. Keep up the great work, and stay cool!

I am very torn about writing this review, but here goes. I bought a used Honda and had to replace some parts. They were very helpful over the phone ordering the parts and let me know on time when the parts came in. In person service was great also. Five stars for that.What irks me to no end though is when you call and are forced to leave a voice message and their greeting states that they would "return your call as soon as possible" and they NEVER do. This happened every time I called the service department. The first time it happened, I called twice and left messages without ever hearing back We are talking about a coupe of days between calls. Then I decided to use the Contact Us link on the website and received a call back within a couple of hours. I wrote that off as an anomaly - maybe phones were down or messages did not go through.Well, it happened again. A week ago I called and had to leave a message, which I did. Never heard back. Today I decided to call again and was directed to voicemail. Nope, not doing it again, so I just kept calling until someone answered. Once they do answer, they are always very nice and helpful. Are they perhaps just not paying attention to the voice messages?? If not, please remove the voicemail feature completely and rather direct people to your website or have them keep calling until someone answers.

Had my timing belt done here on my Honda Accord And had to have camera adjusted as well Got a loaner car Everything was done in 2 days & price was exactly what they told me Best place I've ever took my car for service Wouldn't hesitate one minute to bring it here again:)

At 7k miles low tire indicator on. They said just needed air in all tires. Week later same issue. Local tire place found a screw in one of tires. At 16k miles scheduled a recall appointment. Went in and 4 hours later they had not touched my car. Was told they were still training techs on how to do the job. May be 2 to 3 more hours to get to my car. I could get a loaner for $100 for a day. Horrible, horrible place.Owners reply is total BS. I leased the HRV, have the records, made an appointment for the recall so the work should have been done. I asked about a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told by the service dept that they don't give loaners out for that work. After waiting 4+ hours, a woman from your service dept approached me with a form she wanted me to sign that stated it would be at least $100 if I were to take a car home since they had no idea when they could honor the appointment. Even though I paid extra to have a service contract with my lease, I never took my car back to your dealership since I couldn't trust them. Will never, ever go there again nor purchase another Honda.

I can not imagine a better car buying experience than I received from Jack O Diamonds Honda. After poor experiences with some of my Houston area Honda dealerships, and the others not having the car my wife wanted, I began submitting inquiries online to dealerships across the state. James with JOD Honda was the very first salesman to call me Monday morning and absolutely shocked me by sharing the full cost breakdown of the exact car I wanted, up front and honestly. He explained that JOD does not add 2-4 thousand dollars of "mArKeT aDjUsTmEnTs" like other dealerships, and adds one concise dealership add-on package to all of their cars and I could appreciate the products included in that package and the cost did not seem ridiculous.I was able to discuss the deal in great detail, submit a deposit to hold the vehicle, and then make the 4 hour drive into town the next day to sign paperwork and leave with my vehicle.It was incredibly simple, and honest.James did an amazing job filming our vehicle for my wife and I to see before agreeing to buy, and also a full bumper to bumper orientation to the vehicle before we signed any contracts.If we ever find ourselves in the market for another Honda, i will absolutely choose to travel 4 hours again just to deal with JOD Honda.

What I like best about JOD Honda in Tyler is they do NOT try to recommend a bunch of services you don't need at that time. Very comfortable environment having my truck serviced there.

Eh, $90 just to look at a van to tell you what the problem is? Maybe becoming more common, but that just makes me want to try other places for minor repairs.

I never thought this would happen in this day and time. Before I speak on this car/ HONDA dealership. I would like to say that their way of fixing this problem was having me drive from Dallas to Tyler Texas 1 hour and 34 minutes of my miles, gas, and time for something that was clearly done on purpose. The salesperson is named (SAM) and he went as far as calling me a liar when I said I asked him if the rim job was done professionally. They didn't even take the rims off to paint them. Because you could see paint on my brakes. He actually said he did me right. Thank God I believe in helping people because this is just robbery. If SAM and SARAH can do this to a United States Army Veteran then they would do it to anyone. I hope this review finds you well. God bless. And pass this along to any and everyone you know. Companies should be held responsible for doing things like this. I really don't know how these people sleep at night. Anyway, many more reviews to write about this company. Bye
