This place sucks service is trash they never clean up and there prices are wrong and they won't admit to this and the assistant manager is just rude and won't help with nothing I'm never going back

In January we contacted Statewide Remodeling, who works thru Home Depot. We agreed on replacing our homes windows with a certain color. We signed a contract and we made a nearly $8,000 deposit that day. We were told work would begin in a 4 to 6 weeks. After about 2 weeks I received a text saying they didn't have the color we agreed on. Although disappointed, we chose another color. After another week we were told that color wasn't available and were given only 3 choices that were horrible. At that point, we said we wanted to cancel the contract and have our money returned. He said it would not be an issue and we should have our check within 1 week. That was February 28th and we still do not have our check. I have gone up the ladder to 4 different people with the last person being the District Manager over the Southern Division for Home Depot. I was promised on July 7th the check would be overnighted to me and I'm still waiting. I am horribly disappointed that a company like Home Depot would commit this level of fraud! I caution anyone from using Statewide Remodeling or Home Depot for any remodeling services. We won't shop in that store for anything ever again. They are nothing but lying crooks!!

Tried to exchange a brand new ryobi blower less than 1 month old. The lady whom didn't know what was going on Would not exchange. Finally got a manager to tell her to exchange it since its STORE POLICY!

The store is typically on point, however it took 25 minutes for some to come assist loading a shrink wrapped pallet and he made every excuse imaginable. That’s not necessary. We requested assistance four times, paged four times and then finally…..

Today I was doing research in regards to purchasing a zero turn mower from Home Depot. As I was looking at the mowers in front of the building, Wade (from the garden center) came outside and asked if he could assist me. I could not have been more informed and educated by a better employee... I am so thankful for all of his assistance, his professionalism, and his ability to make me feel like more of a family member than a customer. I had no intentions of actually purchasing a mower today but I did just that due to how comfortable and well informed I felt. Iv done business in the past with this home depo and I will continue to be a customer for a long time. Thank you Wade!

worst paintdept.. usually only one person trying to fill online orders and take care of customers. watched the guy call 2 times for help with not even a supervisor willing to step up and help.

Lack of customer service! Ordered a new fridge online (we live about an hour away) and found that the fridge was defective! Called and was told I had 48 hours to return the fridge. The paperwork on the fridge said I needed to give the fridge 24-48 hours to adjust. How was I to know the fridge was defective in that time period. Called Home Depot and they said “sorry, nothing we can do”. Since I have to drive into Tyler, I’ll go to Lowe’s instead.

Saw some tile that we liked on clearance but needed more. The system showed that they had 450 sq foot but it was nowhere to be found. Several very nice associates, one manager & 45 minutes later we found it! Thanks so much to the young man and woman who stayed with us until it was found! I didn’t catch their names but they were working the tile aisle on 6/29/21 at 8pm! Y’all are awesome!!
