They handle all my beauty needs. The owner is very thorough in training her staff and service is amazing. Definitely need more places like this around the country!

The male manager was extremely unprofessional, cursed at us as soon as we came in telling us to sit the f down and get the f out of the way. The other male staff made inappropriate racial comments and jokes and complained about the service. They over charged us or forced gratuity for three people.The woman did amazing nail work but will not be returning.

I really like my nail technician and she was okay with the idea that I wanted only her to do my mani/pedi. She was super thorough and was really happy with my nails.

David did my pedicure and Brian did my manicure. Daisy helped with the floral designs. Helen did my daughter's manicure and pedicure. Everyone was wonderful and did a great job. Very happy with our experience, the prices and the services offered. I had the peppermint dreams pedicure, it was very refreshing.
Requested style: I asked for a nail design with a specific photo to go off of. One gal tried and gave her absolute best attempt and I was so appreciative. When she saw she wasn't capable of the design she handed it graciously over to another nail tech who was.
Stylist: David, Brian, Helen and Daisy were wonderful will definitely request them again.

Love this new nail salon! Went in there for the first time over the weekend and got a gel mani - turned out great and had such a lovely experience. Will definitely go back.

I have been here 3 times and everything has been good. Today Cathy did my nails. No customer service. She told me I should switch to dip because I will get a fungus from the shellac?! I ignored her. She could not figure out how much to charge me for a fill and gel polish. I held a manicureing license in the state of California so I actually know how and have done this job before. Today I felt like this salon does not want my business. The bald guy only has customer service for certain types of people.

Girls day with McKayla north. Pedis and nails done. Great. Fun.
They did a very good job. It's really decorated super cute. The lady's were all very nice and did a wonderful job for both of us.

do not go!!! very very very rushy and rushing you out and i tried to get a gift floats transferred over and they told me they could do it and that they would call me back and they never did… so i called them and the owner was VERY RUDE!! laughed at me told me it was not his problem and that was the phone call… apparently they do not have their own system for gift cards so if you are trying to get a gift card from there just don’t do it!! they can’t look up anything they are helpless and the worst nail salon i have ever been to… if you want to have a horrible experience go there!!
Cleanliness: they use the same nail files on multiple clients… i see them doing so much unsanitary work

I usually DO NOT post bad reviews, I simply let it ride. BUT no, not after today! Please when you tip on the hand held make sure everything THEY put in is correct. I went Sunday, rude service, didn’t get oil on my cuticles after my nails were finished. I was still tipping but they put something in and double charged me. The owner say he was going to fix it the same day and to come Tuesday if it wasn’t. I followed that order and when I called today he ask me why didn’t I call yesterday and giving me another excuse to make me wait longer. I dislike dishonesty and not being business savvy so now I will have to either dispute with my bank or just do small claims … if it get to that because NO, do not be dishonest and give people the run around.
They left a message saying it’s unacceptable and to call the office but “they’re busy” I’m not doing a run around game with you all.
