**Title:** Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations
I had the pleasure of visiting Havertys Furniture in Tyler, TX, today, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The associate who assisted me was incredibly professional and went above and beyond in every aspect of her service. Mary Wylie exhibited remarkable patience, carefully listening to my needs and providing thoughtful suggestions that truly made a difference in my furniture selection process.
Her attention to detail and genuine care for ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for made the experience not only smooth but also enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such dedication and customer-focused service, and it made all the difference.
I highly recommend Havertys Furniture in Tyler, and I’m grateful for the exceptional service provided. I will definitely return for future purchases and will be spreading the word about this wonderful experience with Mary Wylie. I bought an executive desk with a desk lamp and a 5 piece bookcase for my husband’s birthday and also 5 mirrors for our future new home.

Our shopping experience was awesome because of our sales lady, Mary Jackson. She’s amazing and a delight. Jordan, the store manager, also makes shopping there so easy and convenient. Delivery guys are great too. All around great experience from beginning to end.

Had a great experience in store. My issues are with quality and useless warranty. Less than 6 months into our new couches they both are breaking down. Mine is horrible and very uncomfortable and our guest couch that has very little use is also broken. In October 2023 we called for warranty repair it is now towards the end of march and the parts still haven’t arrived and told it has been pushed back again. After spending somewhere in the neighborhood of $10k I would expect better. We bought havertys as we were moving into a new house and wanted something nice and to be honest I’ve had better luck out of Ashley’s.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the furniture compared to a couple of other places I had done that day. He knew sizes and so forth, and if he didn’t, he was quick to find.

We talked about replacing some dining table chairs a few moths ago. I saw some that were similar to my table which we bought about 27 years ago. The chair description matched our table. I knew a lot of stores were having Presidents day sales. Harvey helped us 3 years ago refurnishing our family room. I called him he looked up the availability and we went in and bought them. He told us over the phone what out cost would be. What service! The lady at the check out counter was also very helpful, taking a message and having Harvey call us back. Havertys is a great store with great employees and merchandise.
