I like to support local business and was excited when I discovered Harley's. I dropped in for a pair of comfy shoes to wear on vacation. Staff seemed helpful enough and the selection was decent, so I bought a pair of Dingman shoes for $275, which was a fair price.Later that day, after walking through the airport for a few minutes I massively regretted buying these shoes; they were the squeakiest shoes I've ever worn, by far. The noise is comparable to ski boots, or a new pair of MX boots with a bunch of squeaky buckles.I wore them for the first two days of vacation while flying and ended up getting squeaky shoe comments from multiple people, which was funny until it wasn't. They showed no signs of wearing in and getting quieter, so I purchased a different pair at my destination.Flash forward two weeks later, I took the shoes back to Harley's, told them my story, and asked to exchange for a different brand. They offered only a partial credit and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not being okay with breaking in obnoxious shoes for months on end. I kept the shoes.Amazon has better customer service without having to grovel, and Dallas is a quick drive for better selection. I don't support this local business.

Misty was AMAZZZING with my fiancé and i, after having trouble previously at another rental thx store we came to harley’s and she took great care of us from the second i called her and got us exactly what we wanted and needed and she got it done for us super quickly. i’d recommend anyone i know in need of a tux to go here !!

Harley actually waited on me and was very nice and super helpful. Within :30 minutes I was in and out and found clothing you don't find just anywhere. True Italian menswear is hard to find. And he was having a 60 percent off site sale as wellThanks for everything my friend. A great sport coat dinner jacket and two pairs of twill slacks. He has top notch service, quality and knowledge on what's what. Go there and make your money count.

My husband has purchased a few suits here. The selection is amazing and service has always been extremely attentive and helpful. However, multiple clothing items he's purchased from Harleys (on different occasions) have ripped within 6 months. If the tear is along the seam and can be repaired they will repair it for free, but it's gotten to a point that it's ridiculous. The sales staff suggested that my husband wasn't sitting correctly which is why things are ripping, but if you have to gingerly move through the world to keep your very expensive clothes from ripping ... Not worth it. (And to be clear it's not like he was trying to play spots in these clothes. Just going to the office etc.) Since we've had multiple bad experiences with the quality of their clothes we won't be coming back.
