The staff is not friendly and courteous. The prices are not catered for low income families. I saw a Temp mattress for $800, it is dirty, why is it priced so high.

Dont deliver here first off. If your semi truck driver don't come here there is really no room big cluster. Second employee tried to pick a fight with me basically told me get back in my truck or was going beat me up when I got out to ask were should I move to of course that did not sit very well with me. I did try to deescalate the situation, but his mouth and all the threats for no reason almost made it so he may not have made it home that night. I did call inside to management and told them they best get outside right away before things got worse. Which,they did and said they were going to talk to him. Which they did, and he basically thought it was a big joke. Then all other employees looking at me crazy rest time I was there like I did something wrong. Now I can take cursing , people talking to me bad degrading me but when you threaten to do bodily harm to me is where I draw the line again for no reason other then he must been having a bad day. So if you want to stay out in jail, don't come here. I really, really, had to control myself after the threats. So again just decline any loads to this place not worth chance of going to jail because you have to defend yourself from big mouth employees. Especially if your a licensed conceal and carry person like myself. Had it been a stand your ground state things would have ended up differently for sure.

I can't review this business because I couldn't get into the business. There is NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS. only stairs to get in to the building and more stairs to look.

Joel Nash along with Christine, Valerie and Tammy with Habitat for Humanity Tyler Texas in the month of July went above and beyond for my elderly parents on a fixed income when their air conditioner went out. After several quotes well over their budget they were referred to habitat for humanity. In a matter of weeks they had a brand new air conditioner cooling their home. But Joel didn’t stop there! After 3 years of not having a working oven Joel went out of his way to see that all repairs needed in the home were taken care of. At the end of it all we were told no payment was necessary. Words cannot express how blessed we feel by this amazing organization and the work they did for our family. Joel Nash, you are a Godsend! The world needs more people like you.Lorena Moran

This store is pretty big and they had a lot of items. I always check here when I'm starting a whole project because I can usually find what I needed a great discount. I also love to go in and check out the furniture because you always going to find something you just don't need LOL.
