To my fellow truck drivers. Use any other goodyear but this one or go to southern tire mart. This is the worst tire shop ive ever been to and this is coming from someone who lives local to this one.

The manager of that place has a very bad and stupid attitude, I think it's also a bit racist..I stop by to get air for my Box Truck and I I told him that I am going to pay for that and the angry man told his worker to do it quickly so that he could get me out of that place.I think that a manager should teach his employees how to treat his clients with respect, that is why I do not recommend that place at all.

Custom service was/ is trash. Local business owners not welcomed. The guys getting dirty are the heroes. Desk and office personnel not so much. Will take my hard earned dollars else where.

If you want roadside tire service, find another company. They regularly give 3hr+ ETAs and the dispatchers have to try to find some other Goodyear and then it’s even longer.

This is a commercial Goodyear Location This is not an auto service do not bring your cars here I really helpful staff that is very knowledgeable and taking care of your every needs tire related. They have great deals on a regular basis so take a look at their sales when you have a chance Great atmosphere place to sit down and food and drinks and a pretty good location I will come back again

Horrible experience here. Arrived on time for my appointment but they did not begins working on my truck for 30 minutes. The sad thing is I was the only customer there. They damaged my wheels when installing my tires and argued with me for over 30 minutes about it. The sad thing is that the amazingly poor customer service was from the manager (DJ). I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life.
