I took my camera & lens in multiple times and Alex helps in each of my visits. He showed me how to care for it properly.He did a great job, very knowledgeable and importantly very helpful.

Don’t bother if you have any hardware actually broken on your laptop. Their solution for a broken key was, “you could try super glue or tape”. Absolutely ridiculous.

These people are completely useless. They will not come up with a resolution. Instead it’s everything is fine even though there is clearly an apple issue. Don’t even waste your time

Took my iPad Pro to get checked since microphone wasn’t working for face time calls . They did a mic test and said it was working but yet it wouldn’t work for face time calls . They told me I had to update the iPad , now I don’t see why an update would have an affect . Took it back once again , guy looked at me annoyed and just said it needed an update again after I tried a FaceTime call to show him . Took it to a phone repair store and immediately said that the microphone side was just dirty they cleaned it and it was working perfectly clear in out within 2 minutes.Do not rely on geek squad.

Many times trying to call this store within the past year and No One answers the phone. Responded to automated inquiries by trying to contact the manager, sales, tech support, recent orders, et al, and then put on hold until eventually giving up after 10-15 minutes. Even tried the four-digit department number given to me by a rep when visiting the store and still No One picks up. Does the store manager even read these survey complaints? I doubt it given his/her track record to correct this. Despicable!

Too difficult to get a hold of. There is no phone number for them at the store.

Took my phone for a screen replacement with Apple care they called me telling me they messed up my screws that they’ll have to sent it to Apple and Now It’s Been 3 months And Haven’t got my Phone !!!!!!!!

Google chrome book died. Asked guy if my files could be retrieved. Told me not unless I had them backed up on Onedrive. Found out later that's not the case. Chrome books files are accessible thru Google Drive. He should have known this

Apple repair here is a waste of time. One star is one too many. Made an appointment for two batteries. They can only do one st a time 2-3 hours. If the don’t have your battery it is up to a week without the phone to get it. They will only order if phone is disabled at there location. Pre pay and install when batteries arrive is not an option! What a waste of my time.

Called their phone number they said they could help me install a new heat sink onto my PC I arrived there to take looked at my computer and said we don't work on custom builds. Never mind that my computer is a factory-made cyberpower computer that they sell in the store. Pathetic service in Tyler Texas
