I am so disappointed! I bought my daughter a pair of shoes for her birthday and when I got home she said I had bought the wrong size so I took them back and the lady said she would put them on the counter because I wanted to walk around to shop. Another employee aggressively approached me and said they would not exchange the shoes because there was a small tear in the leather and I said ma’am then I bought them like that because they have never been taken out of the box. She said she didn’t care they would not exchange them. The lady was so rude about it! I would understand if they had been removed from the box but she could tell they had not even been tried on. So they sold me a faulty product and then treated me like I was a criminal! I will never go back there! I have shopped there since my girls were in high school over 10 years but I will not support a business that treats me like that!

Went to return an item that had the tag still on it and the original receipt. They would not take my return for a refund as it was one day past the 14 day period. Definitely didn’t want store credit to a place that won’t take a return 1 day past. Will never be shopping here again.

I bought a car scent for 15$ that didn't even had any scent it was old I went back the next day , to see if they can exchange it they just kept my money and didn't even try to help me out bad costumer service I will never go back

I typically love this store and the clothing. Have always spent quite a bit here. However, you need to make sure your customers are wearing masks (several were not) and that your employees wear them properly above their nose. I won’t be back soon as it seems unsafe. Very disappointed in this.

I normally shop here often. I drive 2 hours just to shop at this store but after ordering online to avoid the drive and I had a terrible experience. Probably won't shop here again. I ordered from this store January 11th and got my items February 6th. website said delivery is within 3 to 5 business days.....SO DISSAPOINTED. I emailed trying to find out what was going on multiple times and no response, called the store and got a RUDE employee who wasn't very helpful either. Then, when I finally received my order, I didn't receive everything I ordered because some were out of stock, probably because it took so long to pull my items and ship so they ended up selling the items I ordered and just so happened, those were the items I was most excited about! Sad day.

I ordered 12 days ago and just received my order. Strangely at the same time my order was received I got a partial refund with no explanation beforehand or with the refund. I opened my order and realized the shoes, which were the main reason I ordered what I did, were not in there and that must have been the refund. I’m guessing since it took over a week to get my order from a state over the shoes sat on the floor and were sold ??♀️ Either way, very unprofessional. I would have liked a call or email before my order was shipped to let me know.

Traveled from Winnsboro to visit their boutique. They were super eager to have me spend my money but when I asked to use the restroom I was told to go to the sandwich shop down the way. Hmmmmm, spend your money here but go to a business where you aren't spending money and use THEIR restroom. There are plenty of businesses that don't make me feel like a 2nd class citizen, I'll go there.
