We bought the 5 pc Lucious Sectional. When we saw it in store with several people trying it, it was holding shape well. When it arrived, we immediately noticed that one pillow holds shape great and all the others go flat. We brought it to the staffs attention and provided videos/pictures. they said it looked fine. They offered that we bring them in to show us how to fluff them which isn’t the problem! The issue is one cushion is great and we hardly have to fluff. It’s comfortable and holds shape. The others even after fluffing just look lumpy and off. They aren’t full and plush like the one cushion. The couch gets uncomfortable quick. We basically all fight for the one cushion. We know how to fluff a cushion. We are just confused on why one cushion is great and the others are just flat and uncomfortable. It was not like this in store. I provided pictures of the cushions fluffed and then the good cushion and bad cushion being sat on for 10 seconds. We have had this couch for a year and just so disappointed for the quality for the price we paid for this couch. If all the cushions were properly filled and comfortable like the one it would be a 5 stars. For the price, quality, and lack of assistance i’m gonna give it 2 stars.

Wow!!!Went in to window shop and was greeted by Victor who has great product knowledge and a chill vibe. We found a deal on some coaches we couldn’t pass up and he also set up same day delivery. I’ll definitely be returning to work with Victor.

Was greeted by an associate as soon as I walked in. I asked if Robyn was there today as she helped me the last time I was there. She was very helpful and patient as I talk a lot especially off topic. She asked me what I was interested in. I told her and to make a long story short I ordered a nice couch. She made sure all my questions were answered. When I come back I’ll sure to ask for her again. ?
