He’s stolen and hasn’t paid multiple people. I hope the BBB that was contacted shut him down. It doesn’t take 5 months to get a pair of shoes.

I walked into Fresh Pair Sneakers on July 1st, 2021. I am 16 years old. Tim accepted my money and told me he would order my shoes then give me a call to pick them up in about 2-3 weeks. I ordered the Jordan Mochas in a size 7 youth, which were about 550$. Weeks go by and I hear nothing. I text him and call him, but he does not respond about my shoes. Finally my mom and I drive to his shop and confront him. He apologized and explained he was going through personal issues with his girlfriend. He admitted he had never ordered my shoes as well. I cut him som slack and gave him a few more weeks. A month goes by and I don't hear anything. I call and text. No response. I finally say I want a refund, and he agrees. I give him my Cashapp and give him alternate options to give my money back. It is November 2021 and I haven't heard back nor do I have my money. I reported him to the BBB and he didn't respond to them either. My mom is filing a court case. Tim robbed a 16 year old girl of almost 600 dollars. I don't think I will ever get my money back but I can't help prevent this from happening to others.

Tim accepted over $500 from a 15 year old (her money from her part time job), failed to deliver the shoes, and failed to refund the money.Don’t give him your money until you have your product. That’s the bottom line. He’s a ‘nice’ guy and he has a cool store but he’s a thief in my book. I’ve given him multiple chances to make it right and he’s promised a refund many times. This has been going on since 7/1 and it’s now 9/24.

Went through the classmate, trying to support. Got shoes... son had reservations so I looked at the shoe myself... the stitching is already torn out the box... Tim states he doesn’t give refunds so ok... What about this damaged shoe? I still have yet to receive a response. I paid a pretty penny for this and he assured me they were authentic.
