Was good before Walgreens came in. Now I'm left waiting days on end having to ration insulin because "it hasn't come in" for days on end with little to no explanation. It's the same employees too, I'm forced to believe Walgreens is just an absolute garbage company who offers little to no support of their workers. Hell, Walmart makes them look good. Pathetic.

Just switched to the Fresh pharmacy from Walgreens a couple months ago. Such a drastically better experience. Unfortunately less than a month later Walgreens took over. Now I can’t get my prescriptions because Walgreens is always out of everything. What a disaster.

Teens love to grab a meal and eat here, I love getting prepared foods to make lunches or dinners with as well as groceries on the go. Bakery is awesome. The pharmacy is fantastic, they know us by name, gr8 customer service.

This is a fantastic pharmacy. They provide the very best of service. In terms of how helpful the pharmacy techs and pharmacists are with their customers: they are so above and beyond other pharmacies like Walmart or Walgreens that I will never go to any other pharmacies in the area. Cherie helped me get a new medication and during that process, she spent so much time in reaching out to my doctor, my insurance, and even proactively located a manufacturer's coupon which reduced my bill by over $500! I cannot say enough of how helpful Cherie was during the whole process. A+++++++++

Love this store...a relaxing experience each time I shop...love to look for items not found in other stores...relax at the coffee bar or sit on the patio. I used to take their cooking classes but not offered now..wish they would bring them back !

We have lived in Tyler for almost 3 years, and Fresh was the best Tyler had to offer for food shopping even though most all items are at least 1-2$ more than other places in Tyler. We got there to get certain things we cannot get elsewhere. Even this reason for going there is waning at this point. I am pretty unhappy with the self check out they have installed. When your prices are like Fresh, (which is a want to be Whole Foods when Whole Foods was a good model) who wants to use a self check out. Today was Friday, and the place was busy. There were only two check out stations open and staffed, and the line was fairly long. We opted for the self check out, even though we had already experienced how awful it was once before. SO, again , we had an extremely difficult time self checking out BECAUSE ITEMS WERE NOT MARKED, OR THE PRESSURE ON THE BAGGING SATION ALERTED THE STAFF OVER AND OVER AGAIN. The employee literally had to help us AND everyone else who was attempting to use the sub par equipment, many times.
Who knows to put in "olive bar", when buying a plastic tub of olives? This equipment and software is NOT "user friendly" and in fact is "anti shopper".
HEY, corporate people: who ordered thee terrible self check out stations? They are the worst ones I have ever used. Someone needs to be held responsible for this ridiculous archaic thing you have spent your money on. Why didn't you bother to beta test other systems, and even check out Walmart since they have this down to an easy easy system? I hope your can get your money back or at least fix the problem, as we will never use them again.
Another beef I have toward your store is that your produce department looks really great, but so much is NOT MARKED, OR MIS-MARKED, and ALL OF IT IS DRENCHED IN WATER FROM THE NONSTOP WATER BEING SPRAYED ON EVERYTHING (including us customers trying to buy your goods) AT ALL TIMES. You moved your organic offerings to a point where it merges with the non organic and it is difficult to actually tell where it starts and where it ends!
Your bag of frozen shrimp in the frozen seafood section was marked at $9.99 and when we rang it up it was $12.99 . If this was the first time this had happened to me, I might let it pass, but it is not, and seems to be part of the shopping experience at Fresh. Intentionally NOT marking products is deceptive, and I often wonder if this is your real intent.
While I am reviewing your offerings, I will also point out the sub standard cooked food (non organic and un innovative) and the bakery offerings. Why can't your move into the 21st century and be the first to offer REAL BREAD, not bake off products filled with awful ingredients and wrapped in plastic bags? What real bakery does this? When I asked one time, "why the plastic bags for the bread?" they told me it was a law? Really? How does Central Market by HEB do it then? You could learn a lot by using them as your model. You would be a completely different place and lead the way inTyler. You seem to have some kind of agreement with them to keep them out of Tyler. Well, that won't last long if you don't get your act together. I would go there in a heartbeat if they were here.
You have tons of employees and this is really not rocket science to get these little things right. We are very disappointed and will most likely limit our shopping in your store which has become a hassle.

When Fresh first opened, and for a couple of years, it was THE grocery store. If I needed something that was a little out of the ordinary, then Fresh was the place. In addition, the baked goods in the bakery really are as good as they look. Mostly I love the store and I have shopped there almost exclusively since they opened. But. Now Fresh has replaced several check-out stations with self-check. This is SHAMEFUL. I refuse to use self-check and resent that this store is going along with it. Lastly, it's becoming difficult to find those out-of-the-ordinary items, since Fresh now carries so much that I could have gotten at most any other store. Since I ALWAYS spend more at Fresh, even for the same items available elsewhere, I expect better customer service from a store that started off with customer service being a primary concern. Self-check is NOT customer service.

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists and everyone that works there are always so courteous and kind. They go above and beyond to be helpful. We have been using them for a few years and have always had positive experiences in person and over the phone. Outstanding customer service and competitive prices. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Fresh saved the day with a beautiful and delicious cake whipped up look like a wedding cake! My family drove in to town to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary and needed a last minute cake and card. This great guy in the bakery made up a cake in 20 mins and I got a beautiful card. Thank you Fresh!!

We dont have Fresh from where I'm from so i did not know what to expect. My experience here was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything looks fresh, nice, orderly and clean. It's kinda like Whole Foods or Sprouts... but I think I like this better.
