In reply to your remark to my review. If they had been my expectations, I would not have been as disappointed in the service. However, it was you who gave me those expectations of being done in 4 hours not 8 hours. After being told to be there before 9am then have an 8 hour wait is beyond reasonable. Don't tell people it'll take four hours if you can't meet that timeliness.
When we got the car back I was also expecting it to be washed and vacuumed like Peltier nissan does. But again bad expectations this time on me. Would have given a negative star rating but you can't do so. I'll find another ford dealership that doesn't mislead it's customers.

Much appreciation goes to the Parts Dept. Even though Ford doesn't carry parts for my 93 Ranger I was given a few quality leads to other local businesses to find what I need. In my book that is great customer service.

My daughter hasn't had her f150 for 3 years yet. She purchased the extended warranty to be on the safe side. My daughter is 40 yrs of age. She don't drive reckless . One day a car zoomed past us and it threw a rock into her windshield. She took it to a dealership and the put a "new" windshield in it and since has had NOTHING but issues. Tyler Ford had it for 2 1/2 months to supposedly "fix" the issue!!! She had to work and they didn't give her a rental to drive and just left her hanging. Long story short, they FINALLY GIVE IT BACK AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!! What's worse is she has no screen on her truck for the right location. It shows she's in Lansing Michigan!! They told her to bring it bk and they would fix it again lol. Now a month later they told her today that they will not fix it. Her truck was brand new and she hasn't had it 3 yrs yet. How do these dealers do this to people and get by with it legally. Don't take your vehicle to be fixed and SURE DONT BUY ONE FROM THEM!!

I took my vehicle in to be serviced and they did an absolutely stellar job finding and resolving an issue that no other facility could. They were timely, professional, and kept me in the loop with the status of the work. World class place to do business.
