Everyone is really nice there. I went in with an issue I was having with my card and they helped me out and the assistant manager I think his name was tristen went way above and beyond to try to help me. Very thankful❤️

Worst bank I’ve ever used. The tellers are not helpful at all despite me asking specific questions. When I deposit money, I am unable to access it for at least 24 hours. My auto payments are constantly late because, despite having enough money in the account, it takes 24 hours or longer to process the payment. And despite not allowing overdraft when we set up the account, it is continuously pulling out money when there are not enough funds (even though I put money in the account because as mentioned before, I cannot access the money for at least 24 hours after depositing). After asking a teller about the overdrafts, she told me “just don’t swipe your card if there is no money in your account.” I am not unintelligent and I know when I have deposited money, but I guess what I do not know is when the bank will allow me to access my own money.

I would give this bank a negative stars if it was an option. I have never dealt with a bank that operates like this one....their employees are rude, unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Every transaction I do with this bank whether its in branch or on line I have had trouble with and then when I go back in to bank to see what happened they are rude and never have an answer or explanation. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking of banking here to find a different bank save yourself the headaches, time spent on hold, and then the waste of gas!Day after posting this review I had to go bak into the bank to do a cash withdraw and as soon as the lady teller saw me coming she rushed into the branch managers office Dylan Tucker t let him know I was back as I watched her telling himshe kept glancing at me as she was talking.Then a guy teller asked to help me who had never seen before. About that time here come the lady teller wth branch manager Dylan Tucker they stood a window overjust to hear what was being said and to be nosy. I do not know the name of the male teller who helped me all I know is his teller # is 7977. Teller #7977 was the most pleasant, nice polite peronIve dealt with at this bank the rest of the staff should watch and learn from him....he deserves big kudos and a raise!

I do not recommend this bank there's better ones out there they have lost my money by sending it to the wrong mortgage company I been waiting two weeks for my refund still no sign of when I'm getting it back once I get my refund I'm leaving this bank! They are pitiful

Brand new card brand new acct and I can’t even use it. Declining my card every where I try it. An according to them there should be no reason for it not to work. An reaching someone to help after 4:30 pm you are sol till 8:30 next day I’ll be closing this acct tomorrow. Worst bank ever

They are always so polite and helpful. I love they are open on Sundays and they have mobile check cashing. I haven't been to the bank to cash a check in ages.

WORST BANK! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO AN ACCOUNT HERE! They will constantly charge your account even if you are not supposed to be able to go negative. THEN ADD A $34 charge!!!! WORST customer service for a bank ive ever seen. The assistant manager at this bank should be FIRED! ive had MULTIPLE issues with her with no help! LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!! Wish i could give no stars.
