These people are straight up crooks. I recently bought a xbox series x brand new. Only opened it to set up. This is the disc version also had a extra controller and 3 games and they only wanted to give me 150 for a pawn, but yet they are selling the same one used and nasty looking for 450.00. This is utterly ridiculous

lowballers, don’t tell them it’s your first time being there, i brought an alexa echo show 5 and a samsung $100 dollar speaker and they offered me $10 bucks for both items, you can feel the bad vibes as soon as you talk to them.

Laziest people I’ve ever seen. Not helpful at all. I stood at the counter wanting to look at a product, said, “excuse me”, and both women just stood there with their heads in their phones. Didn’t bother to even acknowledge I was there. Terrible service and business.

I had a terrible experience with this pawn shop.My Mother's IPAD was stolen from her hospital room and they called me wanting the password because I locked it. When they contacted me (my number was in the IPAD) they told me I had to pay them $250 to get it back. I had to file a police report to get it back. They were very rude and unhelpful until the police got involved then suddenly compliant. Horrible customer service.

I have been a real good customer for years. I am a musician and most if not all my guitars are about 500 bucks. I went to pawn a La Patrie classical presentation. Its worth about 500 and i usally get 200 for a 500 dollor guitar. She offered me 150 and her computer said only 75. She said she was only giving me 150 due to me being a good customer. Come to find out she didnt even bother to put in the model. I told here that really does matter. She put the model in and she tried to say its only with 300. I told her she wasnt looking at the right model, that she was looking ata lower model. She didnt care. I told her looking up the right model makes all the difference.

Purchased on layaway a Girsan 9mm handgun at the Whitehouse First Cash Pawn $ 580. And next day found it local at Superior outfitters in Tyler for $ 111 dollars less. $ 469 Went back to First Cash in Whitehouse for a refund and was told NO REFUND on a lay away I have not picked up and paid out yet!! or on one that I had paid out!! I explained to the young man about the $ 111 dollar difference, and he said I don't know what to tell you. So I made another payment and will NEVER BUY FROM ANY FIRST CASH AGAIN !!. First Cash gets my money this time but never again. Buy from Superior outfitters. They are very busy but with good reason!!I recommend any place but First Cash Pawn in Whitehouse TX!!!. Reverend T. They are the worst. They tell you that you have 30 days to return in case it doesn't work. You buy it and it doesn't work. You take it back and they say you have to sent it to the manufacturer. I will never do business there again!

Do not take or buy ANYTHING here. For the second time, I was offered $20 for an item worth more than $200. Theyre nothing but crooks trying to capitalize on someones hard times. I will never be back.

From my very first visit I knew I was at the right place. Unlike every other pawn shop, they have never made me any ridiculously low offers on items I was selling or pawning. Every offer is fair and the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. It is the only Pawn Shop I use
