Was scheduled for 9am but it was probably closer to 10 before they got to my car. Also I was told if I did the credit card application I would receive $50 off, not sure I got that credit. Plan on talking to them tomorrow.

The gentleman handling the front desk was very helpful, to the point, kind and honest. I wish I could recall his name, but he seemed to be a manager of sorts, and made my first visit back to Firestone in a few years a seemingly fair experience. Thanks, man.

My experience here was Great, I got helped by Tim & offered certain deals i wasn't aware of and that made my day. The crew there were also very nice and helpful. So my experience at store # 020494 was Great.

Costumer service was ok but wait time is terrible. If you plan on getting tires don't. I took 5 hours of waiting for them just to tell us they don't have the tires even though we called before coming and they said they had them. Even when we walked in they said they had the tires. They said it might take an hour and a half but ended up being 6 hours in the end. Worst experience ever. Would NOT recommend.

This would be my last time going to. This Firestone, first time I went for a change of oil, and then I ended paying 125 dollar for rotation too. And they said I had to change breaks and needed a set of tires too, the quote was for 760 or 780 dollars. I paid for just 125 dollars and I went to another place. The brakes never needed to be change, just liquid something like that and the set of tires, was 310 dollars. Today I went for an oil change and rotation, and they call me saying that I had nails on two tires and were low. I didn't had any problem with having flat tire not even show on the car. And then when I went to pick up my car, left it with 126889 miles, got home from Firestone is about 9.5 miles. My car shows 126909. Where this people went for 10 miles using my car:(((. I called and complaint and I have pictures to prove, they told me to send them by the same email they had sent me the receipt. That email says do not reply. What can I do??? I would never go there anymore, neither mavis, I used to go but not anymore,

My family and I were traveling from KC. While in town, we hit a curb and needed a new tire before heading home.I called up Firestone 10 minutes before closing and they were able to pull up all of my information and road hazard warranty information. They had me in the shop first thing the next morning, communicated with me the entire time, and performed excellent service. Huge shout out to Austin and the rest of the team. You made what could have been a crisis just a minor inconvenience for our family.Cheers!

Austin at the Tyler, Texas Firestone Store, went above and beyond to take care of me and the problems I was having with my car/battery. It wasn’t even Firestone’s problem, but another company’s mess, Keith Hodges Collision Center, and Austin did a fabulous job of correcting the situation and getting me back on the road in 24 hours. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service. And is why I have used Firestone for all of car service needs for at least 15 years. I will continue to use Firestone for all of my car service needs in the future! I highly commend Austin for providing me with compassionate and knowledgeable customer service. And I recommend the Tyler store to everyone!!!

I had a 1:00PM appointment, but the car was not touched until 5:20PM!I watched as they literally serviced every walk-in customer before me. When the customer waiting area and parking lot was cleared, they started working on my car.I get being busy but, ignoring a scheduled appointment to service walk-in customers while I watched for over 4 hours is not acceptable!added:I will note that this appointment was made at the Tyler store, not online. Yes, made with a live store employee who noted my car and customer information when I gave them my phone number.
