Walked in to get new shoes and as soon as I walked it I was greeted by Caleb and he helped me with everything I tired on a handful of shoes and he still helped without a problem

great customer service & selection of shoes!! Walked in and was instantly greeted by Nick, who helped me the entire time I was shopping there. Also props to the manager Caleb, very personable and friendly as well!

Don’t buy shoes from here unless you can physically go in and try them on. I bought some shoes online and they were too big. I literally opened them, tried them on, realized they were too big & put them back in the box. I sent my husband to exchange the shoes and they tried to say that they had actively been warn. I didn’t notice anything wrong with them. They looked brand new. So now I’m stuck with shoes that I can’t wear because they’re way too big for me and they won’t let me exchange them. Waste of $100. I’ll be buying my shoes somewhere else now.

WARNING! Don't buy from there UNLESS you are familiar with what shoes you want to get. I bought a pair of shoes and found that they didn't work with my feet. They refused to take them because the 45 day policy requires the shoes to be "in its ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition." This is open to interpretation and pretty much guarantee that you'll not get your money back or an exchange. There are better shoe stores at the mall such as TRADEHOME SHOES. They at least allow you to walk in the shoes for 45 days and allow you to return or exchange if they don't feel right. I'm NOT shopping there again! ALWAYS ask what their return policy is.

The customer service is great however the store is UNBEARABLY HOT! The employees look miserable and we’re sweating uncontrollably; however they are just doing their best working in 100 degree heat. Finish line do better!!! Those kids should not be forced to work without A.C. and customers should not be sweating just waiting in line to purchase their items.

Came to exchange shoes. Yesterday, they said they were closed after answering the phone saying "what's up". Today they were to be opened until 8pm, arrived at 6:40pm & everything was locked up and no one answers the phone. So in my opinion, very poor customer service and work ethic!

Soooo I’ve been calling the store about a shoe that released today for my sons birthday each individual I spoke said they would be starting an in store raffle Saturday and Sunday because the shoe was going to be late went today to fill out the raffle and they sold out of the shoe apparently the shoe was never late they just let some guy buy them all when the raffle isn’t on the app

Went to purchase a pair of new shoes today, this particular pair was 200$ That man brought my size shoe and he cashed me out, after he cashed me out another lady checked my shoes and they weren’t the same size, after they looked for the other shoe in that size they told me they only had that one left shoe in that size and only had smaller sizes in those left. Now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund because they didn’t check my shoes before having me pay for them
