Id rather not rate them at all... My meds that were supposed to be shipped to my house from Houston got delivered to a different house and some guy signed for it... I don't even know who that man is so now I'm out of meds and now some guy has them... FedEx y'all need to do better!!! LOOK AT THE ADDRESS AND LAST NAME!!!

Our FedEx delivery man, is an absolute perfect gentleman!
Always a smile, kind words. He deserves a raise, and a new truck !
His poor truck needs a muffler, we can hear him coming two blocks away.
Not his fault, but the company should take care of him as he takes care of their customers!
We love our FedEx guy !

Worst delivery company yet, driver can't even pull up to my gate to leave a gate tag showing failed delivery, if I had a tag I would know who to call and give item # to whomever? But no, they are to LAZY to do there job. Apparently they don't have to if they don't get fired for being incompetent! This company sucks, thanks for closing the local Longview, TX office because having a local hub that did their job apparently pissed this company off!

FedEx delivery drivers do very little to make deliveries
They have access to the delivery instructions for gate codes but simply state nobody available or unable instead of reading delivery instructions
Just unacceptable!

We have a package delivery box out by our mail box but the driver chose to drive on my lawn again. My husband pulled up behind him and asked if he was the one that took care of our lawn. The driver asked who he thought he was. My husband told him he was the owner of the property and did not appreciate him driving on the lawn. The driver then told him he had something for him and went back to his truck. Now the package was already on the porch so thats not what he was talking about. My husband took his pistol out of his pickup and put it in his pocket not knowing what the driver had for him. The driver then proceeded to argue with my Husband and started videoing him because he saw the gun. My husband never pointed it at him or even attempted to. I came out and got in front of the driver and told him to leave. He proceeded to make a big circle through our lawn and pulled out on the road. The sheriff was called and he reported my husband pulled a gun on him. My husband asked to press charges for the threat from the driver. The sheriff's office told him they would request the 360 video from FedEx but we haven't received any news. Fedex ground now refuses to deliver to our home but fedex express still does with no issues. They have put on our tracking that we are unable to locate or moved. I found out today that Amazon is going to use fedex ground more now so I will have to quit Amazon as well. We have retained a lawyer and will be filing against fedex. All of this because they have a disrespectful, rude, and threatening driver.

I can say at least they call to come and get the package there driver should be school on ho how to deliver packages to the correct address.. FedEx don't care just like UPS those driver leaves package empty business just follow there truck.

I live in the country and have a long driveway with woods on both sides. It's about 500 feet long. Rather than driving to my garage at the end of the driveway and placing the package there, as per my instructions, most drivers throw my packages into the weeds somewhere along the way. It's like a treasure hunt every time I get a package. They usually deliver late so I have to search in the dark and try to find it before coyotes tear it apart, which happened to my last order of dogfood. No problems with USPS or UPS. Since I'm disabled I get a lot of deliveries some are food deliveries from Walmart and if I can't find the package that day it usually gets torn up by animals. Fedex can do better.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Our shipment came out of Houston and delivers to Athens. Should be a two-three day delivery. We are now at 9 days. Wouldn't be an issue if they hadn't showed it tried to be delivered 3 times. Doesn't require a signature, and they know they can just leave it but for some reason they won't. I don't know if it is driver laziness or what. They went as far as leaving a note on our door with nothing marked for what they needed. I called 7/29 to get an update and made sure they knew they could leave it, the person on the phone was great and couldn't figure out why they driver didn't leave it. I called 7/30 (this morning) to make sure it went on the truck. Supplied the same delivery address as yesterday, and was told it was wrong and no information could be given. How does an address change overnight? My shipper is angry, I'm angry. If you can avoid a package going through this facility, do it! nothing but nightmares.

Driver went everywhere around me . Watched on tracker he , Josue, is now back at the yard 1 1/2 hours drive away guess he wasn’t feeling like doing his job today.

Lost my package at this location and then gave me the run around instead of looking for it. Don’t send anything valuable through this location it won’t arrive
