Had to come here a bunch of times in the span of a few days for things we needed to print out and mail and it was always clean and not super crowded.
Their staff is really friendly and helpful. We accidentally left some important documents once and the staff saved it for us! When it came to mailing items, they helped me find the most cost and time efficient options so I really appreciate them!

Obviously these people prey on retired people on fixed incomes. Took an extra $50.00 yesterday out of our bank account for faxing 13 pages. So we paid $29.55 and got a receipt for that amount. Got home later that evening and my wife happened to check our bank account, just to see an additional $50. 00 taken from our account. So, she called them this morning and spoke to two of the most rudest men, that were no help. I do not recommend the company to anyone!

Always have problems whit this company for me is better UPS more responsible two weeks ago and y still have not answered from my $367,81 package still waiting for delivery y have no idea where driver dropped off my package

Contacted this location to speak to the store manager and Keith was the absolute biggest douche bag I was very polite with speaking with him and he rudely and abruptly hung up on me as I was still inquiring for information about their location. If you do not want to be disrespected go elsewhere that call alone makes want to never visit that location

Gracie was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. We had to print funeral programs, which was very stressful but Gracie helped us to get it all figured out. I know she is just doing her job but she went above and beyond for my sister and I. I hope she can be commended for her great customer service!!!
