?♂️ What happened to this place??? I had to give at least 1 star but I’d of gave 0. Staff un helpful and rude. Hung up on me because l didn’t have an account with them. Huh? I used to buy lots of hardware from them. Now l frequently shop at east texas fasteners off of commerce street. Great service and great attitude and always helpful and respectful staff. Plus they always have what I’m looking for.

They no longer care about you unless you are a large buyer with an account. This company has fallen and is not worth anyone's time. Do yourself a favor and go to ET Fasteners.

For years I bought all my concrete fasteners an bolts from these guys as a cash customer. Thousands of dollars. Now since I don't have an acct and do large quantities they won't sell to me. I soon found East Texas Fasteners and they have no problem taking my money and the service is top notch. Fastenal can go extinct for all I care.

It is difficult to believe that these people will NOT take my money since I am not a large account. Don't waste your time on this company. ET Fasteners is open to the public and extremely helpful! Support a local company that wants to earn your business.

I used to frequent this place a fair bit for my specialty bolts for my cars and some higher end mill bits, but now I'm not even welcomed as a customer since 1-21-20 due to my not being a "large account". You guys will be going the way of Sears at this rate.

This place is a joke. REALLY MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WAIY OUT SIDE. THEN TELL THEM TO CALL YOUR ORDER IN. I NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.So adding to the Distraction of you. This is what customer service looks like! Higginbotham Brothers just won my business.

I have always been a (5 Star) fan of Fastenal's. Even though I'm a consumer, the employee's have always been helpful to me and there's plenty of loose product to meet my needs. Unfortunately, that changed today when I was made aware that consumers are no longer welcome at Fastenal unless they meet a $50 minimum (As of 1/1/20). Rarely do the few specialty fasteners or bolts meet that criteria, so this new policy effectively tells consumers to "Get lost". What a disappointment. AND this makes no sense. Most of the time I see employees standing around with an empty store and plenty of loose product otherwise sitting. Rarely have I had such a positive opinion of an establishment change so strongly and quickly. I rarely bother to give feedback, but this policy needs to be reconsidered quickly before others discover your lack of desire to help 'the little guy'.

I just went on to fastenals website...orderd the same four bearings, no shipping and it was 26.60...not 38.82 like the crook at the NE tyler store...I am also pursuing charges against the manager for trying to steal.
