Huge shout out to Diana Goldwater at Fairway Auto Center on a great experience buying our truck!(We have been searching for 2 months). We found it online, inquired, got a phone call and went in. They worked with us on our financing and were right on with the price! No price gouging or ridiculousness. We will definitely be back.

This was the best experience we have ever had trading a car for another at a dealership. Parker was patient with us and worked not only for the business but also to get us the best deal too. Once an agreement was reached, our Durango was on the way to us that very day, we are 8 hours from Tyler. If you're looking to get a new car, don't even try other lots, go to Fairway Auto Center in Tyler Tx!

Parker and Harrison and more at fairway auto center were both great at meeting where I wanted to be I needed to be on payments and my trade in also they all clocked out and came over and helped me move all my tools over to my new trucks they are great in customer service

I'm a regular, blue collar guy, nobody special. I've purchased 7 vehicles to this point in life. I wish I had found Fairway sooner. PARKER, CLAY, JEREMY, these men are the epidemy of customer service. They went above and beyond to help ne secure a truck of my dreams and unfortunately the next day I blew a fuel pressure regulator. Within 20 minutes of calling a tow truck arrived. 60 seconds of arriving back at fairway I was put in a Very nice Chevy and back to work. They updated ne throughout the day and sent a guy to Canto to get the closest part. Before sundown I was back in my truck without losing any money on missed work or jobs. This is unheard of service nowadays. If your considering buying a vehicle I hope u read this review n save yourself the time money n lesson to b learned from messing around with these other guys. I will b with fairway as long as I'm purchasing vehicles.. God bless these men and this company . Money well spent here
