Very disappointed in Tyler store and corporate office! They promised phone calls and emails for weeks and I’ve received none. I was in store several weeks ago. They offered to get dress from another store because Tyler store didn’t have my size. Promised they would receive and call me in a week. No call. I called them a week later. They said someone forgot to send. Still no call a week later. I called corporate office this week. They promised me to call store and follow up with an email this week. Still NO response!! Terrible customer service. I’ve made many in store purchases and they still do not return my phone calls.

I recently visited Edwin Watts to purchase the newest Golf driver, but I was pleasantly surprised by the honest and customer-oriented service I received. The staff here genuinely care about their customers and prioritize their needs over making a quick sale.Upon discussing my requirements with the knowledgeable staff, they took the time to understand my golfing style and skill level. To my surprise, they informed me that the newest Golf driver might not be the best fit for me. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended my current driver would be more suitable for my game.I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity in guiding me towards the right purchase. Their expertise and willingness to prioritize customer satisfaction sets them apart from other places. It's refreshing to encounter a business that values long-term customer relationships over short-term gains.In addition to their honest approach, the staff members were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The overall experience was exceptional, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase.If you're looking for a place that is honest, customer-centered, and genuinely interested in helping you find the right product, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Awesome place! They have everything you need to play golf. They aren't very courteous. Most of the employees would rather stand around playing on their phones. Instead of helping the customers.

The staff here are geared to customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate the whims every golfer carries. But that way of doing business builds loyalty because there's no reason to go anywhere else. Ever.

Great experience w complimentary club fitting and purchase. Originally thinking I just wanted a used driver. Was a little nervous demonstrating my novice swing but Chad made me feel at ease. He asked questions and had me hit my (circa 1990) clubs. My current driver was the size of a current 5 wood.Although I did try a very high end driver - Chad recommended a package set for overall improvement of my game. ( The set was far less than the one driver.) I appreciated his courtesy and interest in helping my game - certainly will go back!

I cannot go here without buying something. Lol the guys here are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk they know there stuff. They sold me the new TaylorMade stealth 2! And I was just looking. Great place!
