This place is always in disarray. I have personally witnessed the employees trying to keep it tidy and organized. The way people treat this dollar tree in comparison to the other Tyler locations is ridiculous. This dollar tree typically does not have the same items as other locations.

Went in for a few things for my job and it was trashed!!! Boxes everywhere couldn’t see products, had to dig for them. Even employees would not move things out of the aisles so we could down them. A 10 minute trip turned into 20 minutes because I had to navigate through it.

I went into the store. I know usually it was busy. But I was ready for that. Cash register two I went through at the end I told the young lady have a good easy day. She had weave with white going through in a bun and small frame.She told me I ready am havig a easy day already. It’s not what she said it’s how it was brought out. It felt like discrimination problem

Love the employees....my bank account was hacked and I had to go to the bank to get it fixed. Four hours later I came back and the young lady kept all my things so I can purchase them when I came back.❤

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to grab some Christmas bags, I unfortunately brought my 7 year old daughter in with me and she had to witness an “Adult”/“ store manager” scream and cuss at children.The group of kids were being disruptive by popping balloons and screaming and the parents were not keeping them in check i do agree the parents should have been telling their children to stop or to remove them from the store.. regardless if you are an adult and a manger at that you calmly ask the adults to take care of it or have them leave or removed by security. My daughter doesn’t hear cuss words let alone from an adult mouth aimed towards children. I am very disappointed in the management style of this store and disappointed I now feel like I can’t even bring my daughter into your store without fear of something like this happening again. New management needs to be put in place or better training on how to handle situations like this.
