My first appointment having my hair done since moving to Tyler. I was a little apprehensive as I used my previous hairdresser for several years. However I was made to feel welcome & at ease the second I walked into Dolce Vita.My hairdresser the lovely Autumn done a phenomenal job colouring my hair, very knowledgeable about her work and also friendlySalon is immaculately clean and well laid out.

I highly recommend this salon. Both of my girls had their hair cut by Julie; Steven cut my hair. We were able to convey what we wanted done with my daughters’ hair, and Julie did precisely as requested. I allowed Steven to cut my hair without having a definite hair style in mind. He talked with me about my likes and dislikes and then proceeded to give me a wonderful hair style that works well with my hair texture and my busy life. We have all received numerous compliments on our hair.

My son is an out -of- town escort in the 2021 Tyler Rose Festival and I was referred to this salon by a friend who had used them when her daughter participated in the Rose Festival. I had spoken with Lindsay Chastain on March 20 and made 2 appointments, almost 8 months in advance with Steven to ensure that I would have my hair done for the Ball. I just received a call today October 1, only 2 weeks prior to the event cancelling my long standing appointments if I could not come that morning instead of the afternoon times that I had booked. The party starts at 7:00 pm which is why I had made 2 afternoon appointments. It's appalling that this salon would cancel my appointments when it's now too late to get an appointment with another hairdresser or salon. The three owners nor Steven had the courtesy to contact me themselves but had the receptionist Mary call me. This salon is used and supported by the Rose Festival participants, yet I would warn all Rose Festival participants especially from out of town to be very cautious about using this unethical and undependable salon.

I’m so glad I called this place I came in from out of state call before I got in town and they gave me an appointment on a Saturday afternoon Steven took care of me he was so nice he listened to me and he did an awesome job definitely recommend this place

I'm new to Tyler and was in need of a new stylist! I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to take a chance! OMG, best decision ever!! Steven was amazing and cut my hair just like we discussed! He was very informed on my hair type and gave great advice on future products! Steven, thank you for your service and I will definitely be back!!

My first time there! Great salon! They had cautions in place, took temperature upon arrival and asked that customers wear masks. Julie did a wonderful job cutting and texturizing my curly hair. Not easy to fine someone who can do that! New in Tyler so I'm glad I've found this place. I definitely recommend this place and Julie as your stylist !
