Looking for a replacement of the discontinued and increasingly expensive Verizon Home Fusion Internet, I decided to give DCTexas Internet a try. The first obstacle was to see if adequate signal strength could be obtained at our rural location. There are tall trees near our house, but we have a 40' tower, and I hoped that an adequate signal could be obtained from that. Two friendly and professional DCTexas employees came out to check it, but alas no signal could be obtained. But DCTexas guys tried the opposite end of the roof, which was away enough from the trees that a good signal was obtained. We agreed that I would run the necessary cable from that location into the house, and install a mount for the antenna (roughly the size of a coffee-table book). Cable was left for me to use. After doing those things, one of the two guys returned, installed the antenna and connected and installed a router I had purchased. And we now have unlimited data at a speed which allows us to stream movies, for the first time. I highly recommend DCTexas.

When they first came to New Harmony they were great. Now nearly 10yrs later I pay twice as much per month, 60% less usage & I constantly have issues with service. I’m so frustrated!!! Can’t get better service with them without paying more $. This is NOT good business.

Their service is less than acceptable. When they first came to New Harmony they had good service. My kids were all still home & we had multiple devices in use at any given time.

I've been a customer for several years. Their internet service is reliable and stable. Whenever there is a cliche Digicom corrects normally the same day.

When I lived in my old home, they were perfect (new Harmony area)! I have no internet now because my expectations are high (thanks ;)) and I cannot find the quality of customer service or internet where I am. When I moved (now Red Springs area), I inquired about internet and they told me I would have to put up a tower since they don't serve in my area yet. I am not willing to spend the money to put a tower on my property that they can then make money off of with others in the area, but if they ever want to, they can put one up so I can finally have GOOD internet again! I just will not pay for it!! I am just checking back occasionally to see if someone else has, but no luck yet :(

the worst ISP i have ever had to deal with, last time I tried to get them to look into my connection problems it took them 6 Months to get off their lazy backsides and Do anything. Right now, I am experiencing connection issues so bad I cant even run a speed test. I constantly get disconnected and on those rare instances when i am connected my latency is so high i can't watch netflix or play online games. i have been searching for a new ISP for several years now and have not had any luck. I have looked into starting my own ISP and I do believe that will be my only option... or move.
