I am a real estate agent in Tyler and often have clients that need an honest and reputable roofer (one that’s not just out to make money off the insurance companies…. ).I asked a close colleague who they prefer as their “go to” roofer that they recommend to clients & was referred to Dickson Roofing.From the moment I called until we got to the closing table, Shon was on top of it. Every text I sent, he was quick to respond and made me feel like we were the ONLY customer he was working with at that moment and I know that’s not the case. He was always courteous and professional.He was able to accommodate our time schedule in getting the roof done in a short timeframe. (It was required to be completed prior to closing per the lender so we were super grateful for that.)This roof install was not the most smooth process but was NO fault of Dickson Roofing. Dickson roofing was amazing. They did a fantastic job replacing the roof and repairing the damaged that we sustained. They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm sure there are companies that are cheaper, but a company that is particular about quality is more important than saving the insurance company a few bucks. I will definitely recommend them to everyone that asks. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Our experience was very positive. They were professional and responded quickly to some of the changes we wanted to make. The installers were meticulous and thorough. We particularly appreciated Michael Smith who kept us in the loop on any changes in the schedule (weather related) and updated us regularly. From the moment I called To get an estimate, until the the final payment, I felt Dickson Roofing was helping me in every step of getting a new roof. They did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterward. They were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. They know there stuff, and I would use them again, and highly recommend them for any roofing needs!They take care of , as if you were family!

We purchased our new home while out of state and we knew a new roof was desperately needed. Dickson roofing was recommended us through our realtor. Within 24 hours they came to inspect the roof, identified many issues that existed and provided us a competitive quote for a new roof. Shon took the time, by phone, to answer my questions and was very professional. Once we approved the quote we put our 50% deposit down, which Cheri helped us process. Cheri is such a sweetheart! Nikki kept us up to date with the schedule, via text, and was also very cordial! We arrived at our new home one week after the new roof was installed and I must say, a job well done! The roof looks AMAZING and was installed without us being present, which impressed me the most! While wrapping up final payment, Cheri touched base on our move and made sure we made it safe and sound. It was like chatting with an old friend! She also recommended a gutter contractor, which I am currently in contact with, and they have been wonderful to work with this far. We recently had a chimney reflashed and new flue cap installed due to a badly leaking chimney with water puddling around the base of the fireplace of a recently purchased home. The folks at Dickson knew just how to fix it and did a fantastic job, the new hardware looks great and we couldn't be more satisfied! The guys who came out and did the job performed quality work and were friendly, courtious and helpful throughout the process. Even with all the rain we have had the last few weeks not one drop of water gets through that chimney now. Daniel with Dickson was so easy to work with. He came quickly to do my estimate and then helped me through the entire process with my insurance company. He was great at being patient but also reminding me when he was waiting on something from my side. The guys that installed the roof were quick and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Years ago a friend got their roof done by another company and there were nails all over their yard when they were done. That was not my experience at all.
