Showed up exactly at 1:30 to pick up a prescription. The lady at the drive through told me the prescription was ready, but she couldn't hand it to me through the window because they were closing for lunch. Sign on the window says "Closed for lunch daily from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm." No one came back to the window until 2:03.
Now, normally I wouldn't think twice about waiting 180 extra seconds (and it would be ridiculous to do so)... but since you couldn't take 30 to simply run my card and hand me my prescription, guess I can be just as petty as you. ;)

I enjoying shopping at cvs. The store is clean and everything is marked for easy shopping. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Been sitting on hold off and on most of the day. Before that had window slammed in my face stating "closed for lunch" after waiting in line. Moving to Wal-Greens tomorrow. Zero Stars

Said my medicine was never Faxed over when indeed it was . Had to drive up there twice to get my medicine and the service is horrible.

Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY pharmacy in town but here. I came to pick up my daughters medicine at 5:45 PM after leaving the ER, the lady at the window tells me it will be done in around 15 mins and to come back so I stay in the parking lot. I come in at 6:01 to a closed pharmacy, every employee still in the pharmacy, but refused to give me my child’s medicine despite me coming back when they said (with no mention of them closing at that time) and them showing me the medicine filled/bagged. The rudest, most inconsiderate employees I’ve ever encountered.

I preface this by saying I've never left a review of less than 5 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used, and as a T1D, I've used many pharmacies over the years. If it wasn't for the exclusivity of a prescription that CVS has a good supply of, I would have switched pharmacies a long time ago. I have no issue with the Pharmacist, but the techs and staff that take your information in are some of the most rude, unempathetic, and outright incompetent employees I have ever had to interact with in the medical/pharmacy field. I personally know many great and kind people who work in the medical/pharmacy industry, and they all agree that the experience I have had to go through just to get what I need to SURVIVE is ridiculous. I have and can put up with a lot of mistakes, as long as you're genuinely and actively trying to fix the issue at hand without being unnecessarily sassy, but the arrogance and rushed manner the staff treats you with is something nobody should EVER have to tolerate.

I spoke over the phone to the pharmacist and was trying to ask if I could get a replacement Covid card. He proceeded to tell me that after looking my name up that I wasn’t in his system, and I told him I may have gotten it done at another location. I then told him the location that I thought was correct, and before I got another word out, he just abruptly hangs up the phone. The worst customer service I have ever received from a healthcare provider, has no empathy, and definitely is in the wrong line of business if your patience is that short. 0/10 do not recommend this pharmacy. If you need clarity about any information without rudeness, this is not the pharmacy for you friends.

Had not realized I called the “high” end CVS and I don’t know if I got talked to the way I did because I’m Hispanic … I asked a simple question and a no mam was fine , then called to cancel and she goes “NOT A PROBLEM” and hangs up didn’t even ask for a name , didn’t even give me a chance to say Thank you! I’m sorry you can tell right off the bat I’m Hispanic by my last name I’m guessing . Called CVS on 5th street and did not get this attitude this lady gave me!!!!

Please do not use this CVS pharmacy for prescriptions! This is one of the worst CVS pharmacy's I have ever used and i have always thought highly of this chain. The customer service of the pharmacy team is unacceptable and very unfriendly. They never have your prescriptions ready on time as stated on the texts that are sent to your phone by CVS. Something has happened in the past year to the operation of this specific store to make it become the most unfriendliest-pharmacy in Tyler. I have changed now to the CVS in Target where I find real professionals who take the time to answer my concerns and have my medicines ready when they say they will be ready. Hope this one here gets new mgmt and new personnel soon or they will lose a lot of business, I predict that to happen.
