WORST customer service ever. RACIST MANAGER! Manager is rude towards customers accusing of stealing when using coupons. Confronted my mom calling her a thief in front of the customers just bc she was using coupons. Such an embarrassing experience. Not the first time she comes with her crappy attitude and face expression. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Why even bother to work in customer services.

My visit to CVS today was very rewarding. Not only was the customer service lady very nice... she immediately came over to help me and it was obvious by her behavior towards not only myself, but her other customers that she enjoys working with the public. I also found some very good deals and everything I was looking for was in stock. I have to say this was a very positive shopping experience today and I do recommend CVS. Their prices are quite a bit lower than Walgreens as well, from what I have observed shopping at both stores. Thank you CVS!

Worst place ever!!! Had a 3 pm appointment for a flu shot. After 45 mins still no shot and they processed a claim with my insurance. Shot was never received.

Went to CVS next to Spine and Joint after surgery. I got 3 prescriptions and when I got home there was no label on the narcotic I got for pain. Very dangerous! Somebody needs to be reprimanded for that! I will report also to corporate office. Someone could easily have OD on that. I’ll never return to that pharmacy.

Showed up exactly at 1:30 to pick up a prescription. The lady at the drive through told me the prescription was ready, but she couldn't hand it to me through the window because they were closing for lunch. Sign on the window says "Closed for lunch daily from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm." No one came back to the window until 2:03.
Now, normally I wouldn't think twice about waiting 180 extra seconds (and it would be ridiculous to do so)... but since you couldn't take 30 to simply run my card and hand me my prescription, guess I can be just as petty as you. ;)

I enjoying shopping at cvs. The store is clean and everything is marked for easy shopping. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.
