If I could choose 4.5 stars, I would. Not quite deserving of 5 but also not deserving of 4 either. Reason being that as far as the staff and the facility is concerned, very clean, very spacious, staff (particularly Max) are very friendly and accommodating. I have attended this gym for nearly 2.5 years and have only encountered two issues. One being an easily irritable customer working out, which frustrating albeit, isn't the fault of the store itself. My only other complaint is hidden fee's in the membership cost. But, who really gets a gym membership for $10 a month, right? Anyways, I commend Max as always being friendly, and helpful. He doesn't make me feel like a customer, but rather a friend.

Fix your cancellation policy. You will never get repeat business from those who would've wanted to come back at a later date. Beyond stupid business practice. I actually like the facility itself, but your business ethics are lacking. Still actually trying to figure out if I cancelled even though I went in person and signed a paper, but I am still being charged through my bank?

Sad to say that I cancelled my membership today and I've been here since day 1. My daughter who just turned 3 got suspended again because she threw a toy and the toy hit another child ( that was not hurt) and she was also climbing on the playpen there. She is a very active child and is going to climb if she is not being entertained. The problem is the workers do not interact with the children like they should so kids do things like this. It's funny how I've seen older children climbing on top of the tables there and not be suspended but yet my 3 year old is. The fact of the matter is they truly didn't care for her ?......a mother can always tell. ANYONE working with children needs to have experience in how to redirect children and keep them entertained but the majority of these workers just didn't. Kids Crunch staff needs better training.

The staff are very nice, but that's about the only good thing about this gym. Every time I've been, it's always incredibly busy. Have fun waiting around for equipment. There just isn't enough equipment for the amount of people that come here. The equipment is also very cheap. The "Olympic" lifting bars aren't the right size, and don't feel like the right weight. The bumper plates are cheap garbage. I'd be surprised if the weights actually weighed what they say they do. All of the machines are pretty junk-tier. This place is basically a Planet Fitness with a different color scheme and no lunk alarm.

This is an absolutely awful gym. They make you literally write & mail a letter in order to close your account. They still continue to take money out of my account after satisfying all circumstances needed to close the account. This organization obviously is embezzling money through its inability to properly close accounts. I've lost over a hundred dollars & they still continue to steal my money. No remedy is offered & management seems unwilling to assist.Do not make the mistake of linking your account to this place. They will never let you stop the payments. They will never give you a way to rectify the problem. It has been a nightmare.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a gym that left me feeling utterly disappointed and disgusted. This review aims to shed light on the rude and dirty conditions that I encountered during my visit, in the hope that others can avoid this unpleasant experience.First and foremost, the staff at this gym were shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of customer service. The receptionist seemed more interested in arguing with me rather than finding a solution. It was evident that they had no interest in providing a welcoming and helpful environment for gym-goers.Moving on to the cleanliness aspect, this gym was an absolute nightmare. The men’s locker room floors were sticky and covered in pee and sweat, indicating a lack of regular cleaning. The sauna made the entire men’s room smell like milk that had gone bad months ago. The lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep in this area was not only unhygienic but also a potential health hazard. It was clear that the gym did not invest in regular cleaning or maintenance of its facilities. To add insult to injury, the gym was overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to have a productive workout. The limited number of machines available meant long waiting times, which was frustrating and time-consuming. The lack of proper crowd control and management only added to the overall unpleasant experience. In conclusion, my visit to this gym was nothing short of a nightmare. The rude and unprofessional staff, coupled with the dirty and unsanitary conditions, made it an environment I would never recommend to anyone. It is essential for a gym to prioritize cleanliness, customer service, and a positive atmosphere, all of which were severely lacking in this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a gym that values its members and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

I go in the mornings around 6 and rarely wait for equipment. Workers are nice and people nearly always re-rack their weights. Sad to be moving away or I’d stay a member. Also shoutout to whichever employee gave me a fist bump and said “looking huge” the other day I’ve been riding that high for a month.

This is a fun gym at an affordable price point. The instructors are great and the variety of classes keep the momentum going so one should not plateau as the opportunity to mix things up are fantastic!

Sydney or ‘Squidney’ is highly unprofessional. I know they have low standards for hiring at a gym but I assumed they had SOME standards. Clearly not. I used to love coming here but she has just made it an overall uncomfortable and awful environment. I wouldn't recommend this location but I still love going to the other Crunch Fitnesses.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a year now and they won’t cancel it. I haven’t been charged in months and now all of a sudden I got charged again. I’ve never had a problem with cancellation at a gym.

Fantastic gym with a very friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, and great range of equipment. It gets a little crowded from time-to-time, but that's simply a testament to its awesomeness!

So I signed up for a personal trainer 3 times a week. After we agree on the workout time and days the trainer then says she can’t do it and kept trying to get me to take a later time and we also can’t start for another week or two. So I ask the manger to cancel the trainer but he said we can’t cancel it because it’s a 6 month contract to which I didn’t know about because they didn’t explain it to me. after some convincing I reluctantly took another trainer. I had one session with her and then she didn’t show up 3 sessions in row without notice and today, thank god she text me she can’t make it. I’ve only gotten 1 session and it’s been a month since we signed up.

1. Misinformation at sign up.2. Misinformation when signing up with the trainer. Tablet didn’t work rt so I couldn’t see all the check boxes and I repeatedly stated I want 30 days only to start and instead they signed me up to this recurring charge that I have to give 30 days advance notice to cancel.3. Too full, can never get on the equipment I want.4. Tried out the tanning booth because that should be awesome. It was filthy ??. No complementary goggles. They said they clean it every use but there was no way that amount of dirt on the floor when u have to take off ur shoes. Really gross:5. I say it’s time for a class action, as many people as I see have been scammed.

The facility is great. The way they handle customer accounts is not. They’ve been charging me an extra $2 every month and I thought it was just tax but come to find out it’s because I didn’t give them my account and routing numbers ? That was not mentioned anywhere when I signed up.The only reason I’m keeping my membership is because I already paid the annual fee and my husband really enjoys coming with me.I will be cancelling before they charge the next annual fee.
