“Beautiful and helpful staff. They overstepped a tiny bit but they were still super helpful in helping me get my glasses. The place is nice and organized and the waiting room has a nice area for your children to play and its not expensive at all. Such a good place and such great staff. Not only that but the staff works great with kids and even adults. I definitely recommend.”

“Worked with the East Texas Crisis Center (ETCC) when it was an outreach. Back then, ETCC functioned primarily through volunteers recruited from University of Texas at Tyler (UT/T). Remember Dawn Knowles-Franks, Johnnie Patrick, Carol Mantooth, and Bob Geffner (UT/T) as integral. Glad to see it continues to work with excellence through now executive director Lana Peacock. Very Good Work.”

“One can always find a great deal here!UPDATE..5/5/2024I know this is for a wonderful cause, but yikes...the prices have gone up so much! It's hard to pay so much for used stuff.”

“I had to stay at their shelter and it was very clean, friendly, safe, and serves tasty food.
Only issue is that you have to leave at 8 am and can not return until after 4 pm. You have to take your property with you everywhere you go.”

“The employees here are so friendly. They stay busy organizing the clothes and putting out new inventory. There is constantly new inventory here. Lots of kids clothes. I often find designer brands for very low prices. Highly recommend.”
