Dirty, unsecure, and poorly maintained. Would be concerned about leaving any of my stuff in this unit. Luckily first month was free, so this mistake wasn't too costly. Do not recommend this place!

I have been looking around for a storage unit and came across My Garage Self Storage, I decided to go take a look and was very impressed by the customer service Donna provided, she greeted me with a smile, and she answered all my questions. The office was very nice and clean, will definitely be renting the unit.

Do not rent from this place the doors are falling apart and I went to check on my stuff today and there is rat droppings all on my stuff !!!! Never again will I do business with them

They have been easy to work with. They let me get my rooms close together so I can go thru all the stuff I've accumulated over 8 yrs. And maybe get it down to 2 rooms. On site day manager is pretty nice to deal with too

My husband and I and 2 other people have called for days (we met them when we showed up) and no one is ever there. Luckily our storage was empty, but the other peoples storage had a lock , and it looks like if you have a lock and need to store your stuff you can just go up there and do it . These people had been there for a while waiting to see if anyone would come to the office to get some help . We told them we have been there several times and no one has been there, so , since the gate has been left opened for 3 days now, maybe longer , we looked for our storage ourselves and put our stuff in, not all of it of course bc ….. well the gate is open to anyone . No one answers the phone , ever . We actually thought it might be a scam . So we’re going to put some of our things there because we just moved to the area but we’re taking them somewhere else as soon as we can.

Well I will start with. The gates are always left open. For anyone to enter. Office is closed more than it’s open. If you try calling to find out., why is the gates open all the time. For the public to enter. It always go to the answering service.,They have the hours posted. But there is never anyone there. I just call at 3p, guess what It went straight to the answering service. But the opening sign reads Tuesday hours. As open at 9a until 5p.
