I had my HRV repaired here after hitting a deer and when I went to pick it up they charged me an extra $30.00 for gas, I asked why and the lady put her hand up and said we had to calibrate it, I told her I had just filled it up right before I hit the deer. She was very rude to me and continued to hold up her hand to me, she was telling me to talk to her hand because she didn't care. I will never do business with them again.

I Chose Patterson to do hail damage repair a few months ago. Dropped vehicle off in the night drop as discussed with one of their reps, I won't mention his name. But I did complete and sign paperwork with this person. After a week, I asked for an estimated completion date and found out, my car had just been sitting there and they had "forgotten" about my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle aa I had chosen not to get a rental as I didn'tneed one at the time. I was told that they had already done a supplement and had forgotten to send the info to my insurance. I was told they were doing that as we spoke, on 2 different occasions. Then they just stopped communicating. My insurance company said they rejected the supplement because it didn't make any sense and they do not believe the repair shop even completed the supplement, they believed the representative filled out the supplement. Anyway, I ended up using Texas Dent Company who has their own vehicle rentals which made the whole process quick and easy. They did an awesome job on my vehicle. I recommend Texas Dent Company for hail damage or dents.

This business does not even deserve 1 star. The people that work here are very dishonest. They will tell you one thing but will not deliver it. I had a very, very unpleasant experience with this place and will not recommend for anyone to get their vehicle here. Do not trust this place. You will only waste your time and effort.

My wife had her hail damage repaired here but was given the run around for a week and deliberately lied to several times by that incompetent boy named Barren. He failed to mention anything about the $1000 fee due to get her keys back and had nothing to say about it except “my bad” when confronted. This whole place is a mess and isn’t worth a second of your time. Hope someone has the common sense to fire him

Geico claim and insurance claim people beware! This was recommended as a partner shop and it has been one of the most annoying experiences I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Not only did they leave my car outside in hail when it was "being repaired" they stated the car was done the 14th and that ended my rental car coverage they has started repairs at the end of last year. To be fair I did have to bring them a alternate set of rims to do the repair however, the car was still not completed until March 9th due to finding more and more things wrong with it. I got in the car the first time they stayed it was done and there was a container of bolts that go to my car as well as a socket wrench on my passenger seat along with a rag. My check engine light that had been on since the accident was still there and they had to keep the car another 5 days. To top all of this off they left the car out in the hail while"repairing" it. I called to see if they would call it and they said "they can't control the weather" and will not be helping with the damages but with the rental car I had I sure am responsible for the damages. So after being screwed out of a rental car for 600, 1k deductible and 4k+ in hail damage I can not recommend this shop to anyone.

Needed hail damage repaired after 2024 surprise hail storm. Had major damage…needed new roof and hood, plus dent removal on parts not replaced. Paint matches perfectly! Car looks great. All safety features were checked and functioning. Easy communication, explanation given for all repairs. Highly recommend.

Avoid going to this shop. The people are horrible here and especially Barren . It was a Allstate preferred shop and it horrible. I have never been treated so rudely as Barren treated me. I didn't feel up to arguing with him. I just picked up my car and taking it somewhere else. Was treated like I was trash.

Our experience was as if all the staff were new. Over sold and under delivered for sure. Had 3 weeks lead time on the car going in to order parts from the quote. Took 2 weeks longer for it to be completed than they quoted. Paint has holes in it where the body work was done. Clear coat over spray on windshield still. You can see where they peeled the tape off the window, so I guess they tried. Just a poor experience. Will go back to Killian's in Palestine, never should have tried something new because it was closer.

In early August I was in a car wreck and bought my car here for repairs. The body shop had my car for 3 weeks. When the returned it to me, Keith had to boost my battery before I could even drive off. I didn’t bring the car in with a bad battery. He advised me that after I drove it I should be okay. The very next morning my car would not even start! I got help starting it and went to the service part of Patterson and they tested the battery and confirmed it was bad. Since my car was out of factory warranty they would not give me a free battery. They told me to check if the body shop would on Monday since they were closed on that Saturday. On Monday I returned and Kieth decided to imply that my battery was bad before I brought it in for body repairs. When I picked up my car he had already told me doors kay have been left open while they were working on it meaning they LET MY BATTERY DIE! They forced me to purchase a brand new battery and pay for it MYSELF! I will never allow them to fix anything else for me.Services: Battery

Went in because a bracket was broke...or what I thought...ended up being more than that. They were amazing and so very helpful!! Gave us a temporary fix by replacing the bracket...will need to schedule to come in later to actually fix the main issue. I couldn't have asked for better service!
