My sister and I received gift cards about a year and a half ago from our realtor upon the sale of our home. Mind you, there was no expiration date on either card. I used mine about three months ago without issue, but when she went to use hers, she was told that they now write expiration dates on their cards and that she could not use hers. She showed the young lady her card that did not have an expiration date, but she did not honor it. This was an embarrassing situation and not a good look for the store. I have also let my realtor know so they are aware of the new, (and apparently retroactive) policy.

Cole and Co. Is a fabulous Locally owned high end gift shop. It is my go to for Mother’s Day, baby showers, registries for weddings, Radko ornaments, and even jewelry for myself! Their service is so personable. (A rarity these days!)I love that I can call in with a gift price range, describe the person who will receive the gift, and they come up with fabulous ideas and then gift wrap it for free! They make shopping so easy and enjoyable even on the busy days!

This store has lots of unique items and the staff was very polite and helpful. Going into any business 10 minutes before closing is a tad rude Courtney Yackel.

May 1st could not get here soon enough! One of my favorite stores could finally be open again! To walk through the doors felt like coming home! True retail therapy! It was so refreshing to see their happy, smiling, friendly faces again I was wishing I had brought them a gift just for being there! Great gifts, jewelry, Radko, purses, wedding registry's and baby registry's too! This is my birthday MONTH so I was on a recon mission to pick out what I want for Mother's Day and birthday! The selection from $ to $$$$ was well stocked on both ends! You must go let them help you with gifts for others or just yourself, like me!

Came in 13 minutes before closing just to check and see if they had a piece of Kendra Scott jewelry I’ve been eyeing online. Heard one of the employees mutter “Coming in 10 minutes before closing... rude!” - Won’t ever come back.
