“I learned of this business from the Facebook group: Supporting Black Owned Businesses, I l began following the business page! I was eagerly excited to see alllll the clothing/ accessories selections at VERY reasonable rates!!! The clothes are stylish, fit as tagged, & one of a kind!!! The owner is kind AND time flexible! One day I was caught in horrible weather and I called him to let him know (it was 20 mins till closing)... He said i know you on your way, drive safe/ be careful... I will be here when you make it!!! And he WAS!!! AND allowed me to try on clothes, patiently! No rushing! Pure awesomeness!! Ive been complimented on every item purchased — worn! Definitely worth a drive to Tyler, TX!!!”

“I came to Hollister on Black friday and a nice pretty lady named jwuana helped me carry my clothes around. I was going on a date and I came in looking for a nice dress and Juana ran across the store to get me the perfect dress. I have never had someone sprint across the store to help me. I now consider this lady a personal life saver. I then said I needed some new jeans and before I could even finish speaking she already started running again. The customer service is so fast.”

“I went with my boyfriend to the Tyler mall location!! I’ve only ever been in a Buckle location with my daughter at Town East and always felt out of place and unsure of what to buy which would usually lead me to walk out without anything.. Emily at the location in Tyler asked if I needed help almost immediately when she saw me looking at the pants!! I’ve never bought pants with the type of sizing y’all sell so I didn’t know what I was looking for!! I requested my size in some skinny jeans which Emily asked me if I was ok with and I said yes… she also asked if I’d like to try on some other styles as well and picked me out some bootcut jeans.. she sent me to a dressing room and checked on me asking which sizes were best and even brought more styles for me to try.. needless to say, I ended up going with all the styles she picked and none of the skinny jeans!! Emily took one look at my figure and found jeans that looked great for me!! She even wrote my styles and sizes on a card for the future!! She was very sweet and never made me feel out of place!! I will definitely be back and definitely be bragging on sweet Emily at the Tyler mall location ❤️”

The employees are always friendly and willing to check the back for sizes in specific items that you see but can’t find your size. “Overall good experience!! I brought in clothes that I genuinely needed to get rid of and they took what they could! I noticed a couple misplaced hangers and empty hangers on some racks but nice clothes! My only complaint is that when I got near the dressing rooms to try on clothes both the girls at the front counter looked at me then proceeded to continue their convo, after about two mins of standing there thinking they would be finishing up their super important conversation I finally asked for a dressing room and one of the girls rushed to open one. They were nice but need to be on top of their a game!”
“Now, typically I don’t like reviewing chains, especially retail. After all, a Walgreens is a Walgreens is a Walgreens. They’re all the same, just a little different variety or placement depending on location. However, I would be remiss to not review a Walgreens location I go into at least 3-4 times per week.
The store is pretty clean, and rarely have I seen them stocking inventory in a way that makes it hard to navigate the aisles as a consumer. They’ve got the standard selection of products: OTC medications and different health needs being met, they’ve got the photo lab & the cosmetics section, they have what you’d expect.
However, let me tell you the secret that got this store to get me to leave a review. Their customer service. Now, while MOST of the employees are very much so a bit “distant” in the professional way that retail workers have to be in order to deal with the number of morons, Karens, Chads, Brads, and Lindas that they have to. However, Cinnamon is the friendliest and kindest associate, she’s always got a smile on her face, and she’s always down for a good giggle or willing to let me have a 10 second rant when asked “how are you?”. I honestly usually go there for tobacco related products, and it’s almost to the point where if I don’t see Cinnamon, I just would rather go across the street to the gas station. Truly, genuinely, she makes the heart of the store beat with warmth and connection, and she cared about her customers.”
