I called last week to order a part for my car. I made my appointment to have my car serviced today. I get to the dealership this morning expecting to get my car serviced and while I'm waiting, I have to go through the check in process again when they already have the info from the person who took the info for the appointment from last week. While I was there for 15 minutes waiting, they failed to tell me that my part wasn't in. It wasn't til I was almost at work when they called and told me that the part wasn't in and that someone must've used it. So I just ended up leaving my car at the dealership hoping that the part will be in tomorrow like they said.

Just recently purchased my first Toyota product, a 4Runner. I called to get my 50k service done. Upon pulling up I was met with service advisor CRYSTAL BRUNETT. She laid out everything that was going to be done. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service was fast and done under an hour. Defientely recommend Classic Toyota and there service department.

I absolutely dread the process of buying a new car. I’ve been to a few other dealerships and get so frustrated when I feel as if they aren’t working for my business. Classic Toyota was the exception! From the minute I pulled up on the lot I was greeted and paired with the BEST salesman Dominique Sherwood. He was informative, friendly, and more than anything not pushy! They didn’t have the car I wanted and the next day Dominique followed up figuring out my must have features and went above and beyond to locate me a car! After working with Dominique and Carlos Lopez I will be a customer for life!
