Best doctor for dogs I've ever met saved my corgi puppy the dr when far and beyond what is normally expected a Saint of a man and was very good on the prices the staff extremely great at their jobs

I went into the vet’s office just to check and see if my daughter could do some volunteer work. The very unwelcoming office manager said that because my 17yr old daughter didn’t come in herself to inquire about the volunteer work she would not think of giving her a volunteer job. I let the vet’s office feeling like I had did something wrong, I only stopped because I stay in the neighborhood behind the vet’s office. It just show that if you don’t have people skills you don’t need to be in a services position. God Bless??

The vet and staff were excellent. The veterinarian took the time to explain things and the staff was kind and helpful. They treated my princess like a princess. For me, the prices were reasonable.

Dr. Daughtry is the most caring vet I have found. My first experience at this clinic was when I needed a vet for my ailing 14-year-old dog. Dr. Daughtry gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision about my dog’s care after a difficult diagnosis. I recently took my cat in for a routine checkup and found the same care from Dr. Daughtry and the entire staff. Excellent care, a super clean facility (yes, it’s older, but well maintained), a walk-in only policy, and reasonable pricing makes this the only vet I’ll go to. If I could give Dr. Daughtry and City Small Animal Clinic 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Daughtry and the staff were so caring and compassionate when it came time for my sweet pug Izzy to cross the rainbow bridge.
Everyone helped to make a difficult decision go as smoothly as possible and showed me that they really cared about me and my pug.
All my questions were answered in a polite and professional manner. They handled the payment part as so not to make me wait and allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye.
They did their jobs with an added amount of TLC in a delicate situation, which is exactly what you want to happen if you love your pet.

This is the best vet I have been to in Tyler! Mr. Daughtry explains everything he is doing, and comforts the animal in the process. His staff is just as incredible they work fast and efficiently.

This was my first time visiting the clinic. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The Dr. made sure I understood what he was telling me about my animal, and the vet techs and office staff were just as friendly. This will be my vet of choice going forward.
Thank you City Small Animal Clinic. You have made a client of me for as long as I'm in Tyler and have animals. ❤️❤️❤️
