I am very disappointed in the ownership of this establishment how could you understaff this location in a prime southern location on a Saturday night after the bars close?!? That is prime time! The food was delicious however the upper managements ability to serve the public was lacking! Dakota and Isiah are doing amazing job at trying to keep up with the orders in a timely manner. If only the ownership would allow them to blossom into the great employee those could be!!!

Each time we've visited this whataburger, our order is wrong. I'm not sure if they can blame short staffing since they're always hanging out in the back. For the amount you pay for a burger, may as well hit Kamos up or go to another location. Don't recommend this whataburger at all.

DO NOT come to this location. Me and my husband ordered food last night, both containing chicken. I got a salad with chicken on top, he got a chicken sandwich with fries. We have HORRID food poisoning. Unimaginable stomach pain and non stop throwing up. Just groaning in pain. We barely ate anything yesterday before this, and we ate snacks from home. This place does not cook their food correctly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Moved back to Texas and have been craving Whataburger. Finally talked wife in to going. Went in and I knew it wasn't going to go well. There were at least 5 employees not doing that much even though the drive through was backed up. Ordered burgers, fries and onion rings. My wife specifically ordered a burger without condiments and the order taker confirmed no condiments, dry. About 20 minutes later we finally got our food. Got home and of course the burger for my wife had condiments on it. My burger was not what I ordered either. Also the fries were soggy. I thought maybe because they had been sitting but took a bite and it was because they were not fully cooked. I have had over cooked fries before but I have never had under cooked from anywhere before. We checked the receipt and it was marked as we had ordered. It's ashamed because my wife will never want to go back again and it is very convenient to where we live.

So not only did these guys mess up my order twice, but got the lady waiting for her food next to me order wrong, and I came in with respect and as I'm waiting for my food these morons have the audacity to make snide remarks like " he came back for one extra chicken strip!?" Well yeah when I PAID FOR IT AND YOU FORGOT IT, I understand being ignorant when you clearly can't count past 3 considering you forgot my 4th chicken strip and then forgot the bacon on my burger after re doing the entire order. Trash service no one wants to hear a bunch of lazy workers drop the n word either it's tacky

We ordered 12 cheeseburgers and 12 fries through the drive-thru to feed a wedding preparation crew and expected a wait. We were asked to pull forward, but the order was brought out promptly and each bag contained one burger, one order of fries, and two spicy ketchup containers, which made it extremely easy to hand the food out. The gentleman who brought the order to the car thanked us for choosing Whataburger and wished us a good day with a smile. What a pleasant surprise from typical fast food drive-thru interactions!

Not only did we have to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes for ONE DR. PEPPER SHAKE, but the staff was rude as all get out and the shame wasn't even mixed well, took my first sip and it was straight Dr.Pepper syrup and I puked in the parking lot. Will not be going back.

I guess I'm done with to-go orders. Even made sure all items received. Got only to find two burgers were missing half of the ordered items missing. I'm not asking for much; just give me what I paid for. No response from the restaurant and no response from the corporate office either. Sure seems like they don't care. Plenty of other burger places to choose from, rather than continue to get ripped off here.

All week we've been in Flint, TX and my son has begged me to come here. We were on our way back to the hotel after zip lining and decided to stop by. This location is connected to a gas station. Right when we walked in there was a strange stench... perfectly described like a burnt butthole. My son said it was good. He's a picky eater and he really enjoyed the patty melt without onions and special sauce. My mom got the whataburger & she said it was good. I opted for a medium fries. I wasn't impressed. Overall the smell broke it for me and the gross fries. I observed a kitchen worker with gloves on eating something on the assembly kitchen line. That itself knocked itself down to a 2.

This was my first time at this location. The jalapeno burger was delicious and my husband and I thought the service and great and the food came out quickly! However, the floor was filthy. I mean like hadn't been swept in awhile. Then when my husband went to the men's restroom, it was so disgusting we had to go somewhere else. If they had been super busy...it might be a bit understandable but there were only two other customers and no one in the drive through. Plus someone who might have been the manager was sitting in a booth with another worker playing on her phone and listening to someone scream over and over making it difficult to hold a conversation. I kept thinking, "why don't you grab a broom?" All I can say is I sure hope the kitchen is cleaner than the rest of the place!

Very friendly people work there. This place is very clean and organized, great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.
