Bought a car from here. From the very start, everything was off. Gave me a car with just one shock on the rear. Luckily, it was within the 1 month warranty yea they were able to fix but 8 months later. Transmission out. Also everything I paid for is gone. They can exchange you for another car but your balance will restart and everything you paid for literally trash. Wouldn't recommend. 1 star

Mechanic services are not good, seems like every other month we would have to bring the vehicle in for some type of service. Then we traded it in, one week of driving it engine light comes on, took it in and "got it fixed" just for the engine light to come in the very next day

Armando was great from start to finish. I’ve dealt with many sales guys but his customer service was outstanding! That day. Turns out he is worst then any sales guy I’ve dealt with very rude. This place was a complete rip off. I would never recommend doing business with them. The worst car dealership in Tyler, Texas. The staff at both locations are very ghetto and can careless about anything that concerns you. I could go. Just find somewhere else to shop. Voted #1 worst place in Tyler both locations!
