Can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone no matter how many times you call. Get automated system and makes it damn near impossible to even attempt to reach an actual person in the branch for them to not even pick up.

The Chase bank branches in Tyler, Texas, are a joke. The customer services are very, very poor. The banks are staffed with a skeleton crew - very few workers - everything is directed to online banking. Branches do not answer their phones - again - calls are directed to the hellish 800 number. No personal attention at all.

No feedback, no help, no email, no ability to speak with a representative, terrible digital customer service. When dialing a service representative, the phone will ring about two times and immediately hangs up on me. If you are a busy person and don’t have much spare time to figure out chases problems, then I most definitely suggest banking elsewhere. Sad

12 day hold on a cashiers check. Chase policies are outrageous.
