Mary helped with opening my LLC. Super kind and professional. Miss Loretta greeted me with a super kind smile and awesome experience while we waited. They both remembered customers names that would pass by and call them by name when they came and went. Nice friendly/family environment.

Today, I needed to get a cashiers check, and we use Chase, so I visited this location. I don't normally review places like this, because a bank is typically just like any other bank. However, today is different. I just want to say that Aneliz is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have met at a place of business. She was so kind, and just made a mundane trip to the bank not so terrible. It's nice to see that there are people out there who are actually happy to help people, and do it with compassion. Aneliz is the perfect example of such a human. Thank you!

It should be zero stars but that's not an option . This is the worst excuse for a bank I have ever seen they wont cash checks written on their own bank without an account of your own without a large fee . Guess that means they dont honor their own accounts. I had a refund from.an electric company who's account is with Chase it was only $55 they want to charge half to cash it . They need to be shut down .

Worst. I am so confused by this process. Inconvenient, a waste of commercial space and there are probably other company issues going on I feel like I was pranked. I only wanted 2 start an account.

Chase is slacking is some areas but the staff at this branch is friendly and polite. Some policies chase have are ridiculous but these ladies are understanding and always remember names. I like this branch as it’s a small town type feel….

there can be nobody in the bank and still have me waiting there . I try to make appointments online and wouldn't let me so I called bank and was told I would receive a call back and Never did after leaving my phone number to who ever answered . BAD BANK when it comes to having to talk to a financial officer .
