Went to this establishment and I felt uncomfortable. I asked to exchange some boots and most of the ladies were giving me a bad look. I’m not sure if It was my skin tone. This was my second experience trying to find the right boot. I was getting uncomfortable looks. I’m a very nice human I don’t discriminate against anyone of any color. I feel look down on enough because of my complexion but to feel like this everyday is not the way to greet anyone. I’m not going to give you any disease if you say hello or greet me. Everyone else that become behind me received a “welcome to cavenders” while i get stinky looks. Bye

My husband and I stopped by here today to buy some boots. My mother was also with us. There was an employee named Alex who helped my husband find boots, which was fine. He was also extremely knowledgeable, which was fantastic, but was also clearly trying to push a more expensive purchase. We understand prices are higher due to inflation, but it did come off as slightly pushy. He gave us a ticket with his name and barcode, which a cashier later informed us was for him to earn commission. Again, this was fine.The issue was when Alex also handed one to my mom, who bought some cologne and perfume, and he did not assist her at all in her selection. Her and I picked out those items together.It's one thing for employees to honestly hand out commission slips. It's another to hand them out and earn commission dishonestly. We told the cashier he did not assist her, and she didn't scan it, but this is something I feel the company needed to be made aware of.

my dad bought this belt last year and has used it less than a handful of times. It was very expensive ($160!!) and was TOLD it was “REAL LEATHER”. Deeply disappointed and saddened, he really liked it and that’s why he only used it rarely.

Just received my new straw hat for Spring and Summer. I recently moved to Minnesota from Texas. I miss having great Western Wear stores. I ordered a Cavenders hat and just love the fit and feel of it! It was shipped promptly in a sturdy hat box.

It's pretty simple. I walked in approximately an hour before close and looked at cowboy hats. I even bought one. My two interactions with your team members: a young man letting me know that they wouldn't shape my hat today (I've never bought a western hat, so I didn't know I cared) and the young lady asking me if anyone helped me when I checked out. I let her know a young man let me know he wouldn't shape my hat, paid and left.Did you lose any money today by these interactions? Certainly. I only went there because I'd rather support a local business over using Amazon. I bought the cheapest hat I could, although I was certainly interested in looking at Stetsons and Resistols in person. Nobody cared to help. It is what it is.

Had a great experience here, the staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to help me and made sure I was satisfied. Shoutout to Easton who went above and beyond and is a talented hat shaper. Very please with my new American hat, will definitely be coming back here for my next one!
