Bought an Xbox series s drove all the way home to find out they were too lazy to even turn it on and check if it had a password on it. Drive another hour back just to exchange it and when I asked about compensation or discount for the 2 and half hours I had to drive they said “switching the console for you was the compensation” I bought the warranty that’s not compensation at all. Then after I explained that they said sorry that’s not how it works. Terrible staff need attitude arrangements

I didn’t think I would ever have to visit another pawn shop, but I had to survive. They offered me a very fair deal, and were very nice. It’s a shame I will probably lose both items, but I do appreciate the help.

This place operates with integrity and Juan is fantastic. It's hard to find a pawnshop that operates with the level of integrity that I witness there today.

This place is a rip-off. I brought in a computer worth $699 brand new, and a monitor worth $150 and they offered me $120 for both combined. They didn't know anything about computers and didn't bother looking up the actual value of it, just went based off the fact that they bought a different computer from someone for $48. They also seem to think that because my skin is white I cannot understand Spanish. Talking about trying to lowball me in Spanish. I would recommend a different pawn shop if possible like first cash pawn off of Broadway before going here. They are much more professional.

Bought a laptop and had it on layaway picked it up Oct 23,2021 and Nov 10,2021 the screen blacked out! I called them and they mentioned a warranty I had NO IDEA EXISTED! I wasn't asked if I would like one NOTHING! So they said without warranty oh well! My FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE OR ANY RAGGEDY PAWNSHOP.!!! MAKES NO DARN SENSE!!! ???

Excellent service from the employees. One gentleman that stood out though was Hazael I believe his name was . He help me find the right tool for the job and answer any questions I had . He was very well mannered and excellent employee for this location . Very well kept store appearance wise inside and out.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would the employees are standing at the front door only letting one person per transaction so if you're with your spouse only 1 can go in but they're letting multiple people in if it's only a single transaction This place is such bullship don't waste your money here, And to top it off it was raining so my spouse got to go in and I had stand in the rain. Someone from corporate needs to come down here to this store because you are losing money , I took my $500 went to the next pawnshop.
