There good in person but over the phone I feel like they always rush you off the phone and don't know what there talking about on some of there items

I didn’t think I would ever have to visit another pawn shop, but I had to survive. They offered me a very fair deal, and were very nice. It’s a shame I will probably lose both items, but I do appreciate the help.
