“Absolutely a great experience at this location in Tyler, much better than Corsicana. First time rental at this location; the staff is very thorough in all the application process; as well as friendly professional. The gentleman that worked the front desk was kind, efficient, professional..I wish I would have caught his name but Sunday, 6/30/2024 around 3:30pm this gentleman assisted my husband y me with our premium rental. He verified all our info, walked us through how to use the vehicle (gas, open trunk, lights, wipers, gear shift usage, a/c etc.) Wonderful!

“Where do I start. The day our car was wrecked I decided to contact this location. The agent at the counter was very understanding what exactly what I needed to do. She was very informative on step by step what I needed to do to rent a vehicle from them. When we arrived to the enterprise location. We were greeted and told us they would be right with us. The whole process took under 30 minutes. When we brought back the rental. I was greeted again with great service from both agents. Would definitely highly recommend this location.”
“We used this Enterprise Rent-A-Car 2yrs ago and would have used them last year however they no longer allow you to pick up or leave rentals at this location it is for airport folks only. We rented our truck over in a Tyler enterprise but was allowed to return it at this airport location which is closer to our home. I wish they would allow rentals and returns for anybody here in the future it would make my life easier, especially as bad as the service is in Tyler Enterprise locations in town. The people here were great, fast and efficient”

“I was heading out of town and started having car problems and headed back to the Dealership. Leaving my vehicle, I started trying to get a rental. Unfortunately, due to recent storms nothing was available.
I checked with Enterprise and Hertz and kept hoping something would become available, and that failing a ride home with no luck. George with Hertz heard me on numerous phone calls with no response. Hertz closed at 4:00 PM. Around 5:30 George came to see if I had gotten a ride. He had a vehicle that was dropped off after hours. He did not have to come back he was already off for the day. This just goes to show the Customer service Hertz and George will go to assist their Customers.”
