Basically useless. I wanted to add my wife to my account. We tried to do it online. We ran into an error, so we came into the branch to add her to the account. We were informed that they can not do this, because they are just a “digital branch” and I would need to call customer service. This is nuts. If they can’t add someone to an account, what do they even do here?

Very unprofessional and rude. My wife and I have multiple bank accounts, saving accounts credit cards, and auto loans. This branch it’s a joke of a branch for Capital One. They can’t help you or push it off to the 800 number. Another locations I’ve been too if the teller can’t help they get you to an advisor or a manager at the branch and they will at least try helping Not this branch.

Upon entering the bank, I was greeted, after I explained my situation, in which I purchased a cashier check and they didn’t endorse it, I was treated as if I had I had committed fraud, these people was very unprofessional, now o understand why they only have 2 stars

What’s in your wallet? Not a capital one card! This is a terrible branch on south broadway. They don’t understand banking. You are simply stuarts of your depositors money. Without depositors, you have nothing.When you are presented with a note from a depositor, you have to cash it. You do not get to keep a portion of it for a fee. Zero point zero!
