Great prices on fuel if you factor in the option to redeem reward points for discounts up to $1 off per gallon. The negative is the fuel pumps are old in that they don’t take wireless payment options like Apple Pay or google pay.

I love the brookshires location on bergfield but I am dissatisfied with the restrooms.The restrooms are ALWAYS disgusting and I have had multiple occasions where ive seen large roaches while in there. As a grocery store, I don't think it's appropriate to have roaches.

The staff at the pharmacy here is just amazing. I came in ten minutes before it closed to pick up a prescription that had just been called in a few hours prior. They initially told me that I would have to come back the next day, but I asked them to check the availability of the medication since it was a pretty common one. They were kind enough to check and told me they'd have it ready for me in a few minutes. One of the pharmacists even took the time to find a coupon to save me money on my prescription. I greatly appreciated the outstanding service.

They were just rude as hell to my wife. She called them back to complain, held, and "Sonya" told her to hold (several minutes) while she checked with someone "to see if she could do anything." After all that, Sonya came back on the line and offered.... nothing. This is not the first or second problem we have had here.. or the third or even fourth. They can explain it to Better Business this time... or not.. that's up to them.
