If you have a lot of free time, then come to this great place to unload. At 10:00 we checked in, at 12:30 they gave us the door, at 14:00 they didn’t even touch the trailer. And let the whole world wait for your unloading, you are not in a hurry and they don’t care that you need to go to the next loading!

This place is a disaster, It takes a long time to unload, even 1 pallet, 4 to 6 hours, No vegans to sleep there, there is no parking, they open at 4 am

The truck entrance is off of old Jacksonville Hwy. If you come too early go past the entrance on old Jacksonville Hwy to the first street on your right(Capital Drive) turn right . You can park up and down on that street it's like an industrial business street.

Tyler will never progress if monopolies like this block overpasses from being built and competitors (HEB's) in the area. Also their truck drivers are incompetent and make Tyler traffic worse than it already is

Before coming to this place I seen the reviews and instantly I was pissed off for taking this load but to be honest it has not been bad at all since I got here my appointment was at 12:00 I got here at 10:45 and was assigned a door right away but they did tell me that they would not be able to get to me until 11:30 which I was fine with and soon as I went back to check in like they told me they got to me here it is noon and I am maybe half way done I guess I just caught them on a good day.

All truck drivers deliver this facility prepare urself 6-8 hrs till u get unloaded! Z lumper company should be shut down! The lady at there rude and disrespectful she should be cleaning bathroom!

Saw all the negative comments. I experienced none of the complaints at all. Checked in at 0715, in a door 0730 for a 0800 appointment. Done at 0900, paperwork in hand and out the gate by 0945. Joked around with the checkin folks and both entry and exit security guards.

This place is a joke.Appt.time was at 12pm arrived at 11am still in a door at 3:30 and waiting.For us truckers time is everything,for these ppl if it takes 5-8 hrs to unload 1 truck the company is losing on production.I read the reviews on this place beforehand so for others believe the reviews and if your experience is different that means the company FIRED some of these lazy ppl....#TruckersforproductionfromwarehousesOne star to post, reality -0000000

This was my first time hauling a load for Brookshire and hopefully it won’t be my last. I had an unfortunate incident on the trip and blew a drive tire on my way up from McAllen TX. They were understanding and when I arrived at noon for my 7am appointment I was received and done by 3pm. I didn’t experience anything negative at this receiver.
