Let me tell y'all about Jessica!! This woman was so helpful and great at her job… but I can’t stop there. She did such a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and getting me some different options. She Genuinely hyped me up and gave me honest feedback back, not that ‘yeah you look great, you should buy that dress’ hype either. She was very friendly polite and respectful; especially when I was changing, waiting for me to tell her whether or not I wanted or needed her help in the dressing room. Although I had several, like a whole top 5 choices at their shop, the dress I had my heart set on was not one they had. It was not even a line they usually carried. However, Jessica still went above and beyond! And tried all different avenues and options to try and get me that dress, even reaching out to another shop. In the end it still didn’t work out for me to get my dress through their shop. But when my dress does come in, we’ve already made plans to come in and see their seamstress for alterations. And probably the veil also! I highly recommend this shop as a whole, as well as Jessica specifically!! She will help make your experience nothing less than Amazing!!

Being a young bride I was very nervous about finding my dress but my stylist Ms.Sheri was the sweetest and best helper I could ask for! I showed her some ideas and told her I was open to anything and she brought me some amazing dresses! I felt as if she knew me! It was an amazing experience and I absolutely fell in love with my dress!!

Got my dream dress from here a few days ago and they made everything so perfect! Wasn’t anticipating on finding a dress because I’ve been having bad luck finding the one but as soon as I put this dress on, I didn’t want to take it off. The ladies that helped me were so nice and even gave us complimentary mimosas! Another thing I want to add that I thought was wholesome was whenever I walked in. I heard the song playing that my grandma dedicated to me and I made a comment about me finding the dress and I did just that. Also It just so happens that day was also the day my grandma passed away 7 years ago. So I feel like everything happens for a reason and that’s why I left with my dream dress!

Brooke and Bre are the best in the business. I had 2 formal black tie events they dressed me for. It was super easy dealing with them. I was able to find multiple options, which is not easy for a plus size woman AT ALL and I was able to have it altered and back to me in plenty of time. Those ladies provided top notch service and I will go to them for my dress needs anytime.

This is the perfect place to come if you're having trouble finding a dress. To be honest, I was about to give up after trying on a few dresses from the first round I picked out. However, the ladies at this store did not give up on me. Everyone, including Shelly, Twanna, Brooke, and Kristine, pitched in and worked hard to find a dress for me to try on until I found the one that I absolutely fell in love with. The owner, Shelly, is very kind and supportive. If it weren't for her encouragement to "just try on the dress because you never know how it will look on you," I wouldn't have found my dream dress. The biggest perk of all was meeting the seamstress, Carmen. I'm so excited to have my costume dress completed! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Brooke and Bre Bridal boutique was the sweetest little shop and had the best service. Attentive and helped me pick exactly what I wanted even better than if I had done it myself! would highly recommend if you want great service and a sweet experience. Even booked on a day when it was private and we were the only ones there and it made the whole experience unique and memorable.

Jessica was unprofessional and made me to feel like I was not important, my thoughts weren’t valid, and my opinions were irrelevant. I was made to feel like I was a heavy women and I was spoken about as if I were invisible. I do not recommend anyone to go here! I left in tears from the humiliation I felt from Jessica.Sheri defended Jessica’s actions and felt she did nothing wrong.I STRONGLY advise you to seek your bridal dress shopping journey elsewhere and avoid the experience I went through there. NO woman should be treated that way!

Took my best friend (the bride) here to look for her wedding dress and we had a BLAST!! We had been to 2 bridal boutiques in Dallas prior to this boutique and NONE compared to the experience we had here. The staff and owner were so kind and willing to help in any way we needed. We were allowed to bring in champagne and get the entire experience. The owner really cares about your experience and provided the best customer service. My friend was able to find a dress she loves. I can’t think them enough for making it a once in a lifetime moment for her!!

I had the absolute best experience here. Sherri and Shelly were absolutely the best to work with. Very accommodating. Very helpful. This was my first stop to find my dress and it was the second dress I tried on. Absolutely recommend this store and the sweet ladies working there!

The BEST experience ever! If you’re wanting the full experience of finding a wedding dress with your girls, this is the place to go! I went to 3 different boutiques- two in the Dallas area and brooke and bre was the last stop in Tyler! Shelly was amazing and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Super cute environment with a ton of selections! Thank you Shelly!
